Even though I sent these back, (which I will explain why in a moment) they were amazing. Couldn't fault their sound or noise cancelling. The spatial sound was good too. The reason I sent them back was they kept falling out of my ears. They seemed to be too chunky to stay in there so they were pretty pointless for me. Maybe I have weird ears who knows. The rest of the earphones were great though can't fault them really.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Live Flex 3 headphones are an impressive package. Don't let the small size fool you. The sound quality rivals some of the best noise-cancelling headphones on the market. The equalizer presets bring the sound to life. Be sure to install the JBL Headphones app for the best experience. The Flex 3 could stay in your ears for hours in comfort due to the small size. The fit is great. The app packs with features and is very intuitive. It took me a few minutes to install the app, install the updates, upload my favorite picture to the charger box screen, select my equalizer preset and start listening. Once the app is installed your phone will be able to see the Flex 3 immediately and the pairing is a breeze. Not only the battery can last you all day, but it can also accept superfast charging. I find myself taking the Flex 3 with me everywhere.

Perfect travel companion for music & phone calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this charging case you have all the options like being on the app. With its touch screen you can even change the wallpaper and it has a built-in flashlight. I think they thought everything on this one. I have a few products from JBL and the app is awesome because it houses all of them. Options that are pretty cool different theater sounds, different types of noise canceling different preprogrammed equalizer and a timer. Why a 4 star? A couple of reasons. The “perfect fit” headphone are a bit loose on me so jumping around a bit my right ear falls out also the sound level, it is great but would like it a bit louder. But that could be from the fit. Overall very impressed with the tech and all the options that come with it. I would recommend.

Next Gen Charging Case And Option Selections

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a bit skeptical about earbuds with this shape. They usually fall out of my ears if I'm working out or running. These stay in very nicely for me and feel more comfortable than I expected!
The sound quality is amazing. Clear, crisp, and easy to modify with the equalizer being so accessible. The noise canceling isn't perfect, but that's the deal with buds you don't have to shove halfway down your ear canal. 
I wondered if I'd like having a screen on the case or if it would just be a gimmick that I'd never use. Turns out I love it! It might not be that useful to be able to change the song from the case when the earbuds themselves can do that, but having the “Find My Earbuds” feature is genius. 
I highly recommend these. They look amazing, feel comfortable, and sound great with a range of music.

Surprisingly nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Live Flex Three earbuds really surprised me—in a good way. The bass is deep and powerful, even at lower volumes, making them feel more like high-end over-ear headphones. Plus, the ability to customize the equalizer on the case is a huge bonus.

The build quality is top-notch, with a solid case and strong magnets that keep the earbuds secure. One of the coolest features is the touchscreen display on the case, which shows the battery percentage and even lets you upload a custom lock screen image. The auto-switching between two Bluetooth devices is seamless—you don't even have to press a button. It just works!

Comfort-wise, these are super lightweight and easy to wear all day without ear fatigue. The fit is secure, the piano finish looks great, and the stems don't stick out like how AirPods do.

Now for the downsides—the case is a bit bulky, especially if you use a silicone cover, and the battery life on the case could be better, but since it is constantly connecting to your phone and earbuds, it's expected.

Honestly, these earbuds deliver amazing sound, deep bass, and a ton of cool features that make them stand out. If you're looking for a premium listening experience without the premium price tag, these are 100% worth checking out!

Simply Amazing.

The only thing I didn't like about these earbuds was that the ANC did not work. I liked the sound, the app features and the case features. I was excited to buy these at a very nice price but very disappointed that the noise cancelling feature did not work at all. Ended up returning them.

These are soooo frustrating. It's impossible to put these into pairing mode. I need to run around the house and turn off bluetooth for all the devices that paired with it before. 9/10 times it doesn't respond to the options for going into pairing mode (leaving them in the case, or wearing them). The case screen, which is pretty useless most of the time, would have been useful if it had a simple "paring mode" button, but it doesn't. 
Once you get it paired, the audio is good, and the cool thing is you can adapt the audio to your own hearing (loss) using the app. 
The noise cancelling is again poor. 7/10 times it will actually enhance background noise, rather than suppress it. Come on, really??

Not user friendly

I bought this product a few days ago, and to be honest, the case has a strange smell — kind of like leaking battery fluid. Not exactly comforting.

The earbuds themselves definitely don't last the advertised 10 hours of continuous use. I tested it in real conditions: they run for about 4–4.5 hours and then drop straight to 2% battery. Not great.

Another issue is switching between iOS and Windows. The device seems to freak out when paired with both. If I turn off the headphones through the JBL app on my phone and then connect to Windows, the audio starts cutting out for 0.5–1 second at random. Pretty annoying. I have to manually disconnect them from my phone every time before pairing with Windows — or just remove the device from my iPhone completely. And when I need to use it on iPhone again, I have to set up the pairing from scratch. Way too much hassle.

Sound quality is decent, no complaints there. But the microphone… I'm not convinced. They advertise six mics, but it feels like some codec isn't playing nicely. A shame, honestly.

Not Exactly What I Expected

I bought these earbuds but unfortunately like many other reviewers here the don't fit in my ears. They just keep falling off. There is no way you can jog or train with them! I tried many ways to fit them, watched tonnes of YouTube videos but still they are not good for my ears. I will just throw them away and buy Apple AirPods as they have different tips to get the best fit for you. Not all ears are the same! Terrible design. I am usually happy with JBL products but these buds disappoint me big time 😞

Terrible fit 👂🏼

Hardware felt good, love the sound quality and the qi charging. I had to return them as the multipoint does not work on current gen Pixel devices. Maybe it needs another firmware update but the current firmware does not support android multipoint switching.
