Use it for the gym and for running. The extra little support attachment used to run with is brilliant and definitely helps when out and about. Really good sound quality considering it's open ear, great battery and comfy to wear.

Bought them în february 2025 and they are working very good. Had the black version. Baterry still good, had some touble woth the chargher contact but i cleaned it with alcohol and now its fine. The only thing is when its windy i have to cover the device because the caller cant hear me well.

Purchased these for my husband because he wanted some earbuds that did not fit in his ears. He loves these, he says that the sound is great and that he can still hear what's going on around him. He says he would definitely recommend these earbuds.

Great Sound

I really liked these but I have sensitive ears and these would hurt them after a couple hours of wear so I returned them.
They were really good quality, sounded great, and the app was really interesting

Not worth it. The positive, they are fairly comfortable and decent sound. The bad. All those mics captures everything around you. Absolutely no noise canceling AT ALL. The slightest breeze or back ground noise and the people on the other end can hear it. The "Crisp Clear" voice quality is only if you are sitting in a quite studio.

Mics capture everything!

I got these earbuds as a gift, and they worked okay for 4 months until the charging case pins wouldn't pop up to charge the earbuds. Then, eventually, after finagling with them the connector pieces would pop up. However, one of the charging connectors broke off the case and now it won't charge my left earbud. For the price, you'd think they would be better. Not even half a year into using them and they're broken and I can't use them.

Worked Great Until They Didn't

Received as a Christmas gift. One of the charging prongs for the left earbud was stuck down in the charging case after about 3 months of use. I was able to pick at it with a small utensil and get it to work about 50% of the time, but after 8 months of ownership, it's completely stuck down, unable to charge the earbud, rendering it worthless.

Charging prongs low quality

I wanted to like JBL, but this was a disappointing first experience. I purchased the Soundgear Sense expecting a standard two-ear device. When one earpiece needed replacement, I was told the product is still being sold, but the individual left earpiece is “no longer available.” That leaves me with a half-working product and no real way to fix it.

The only solution offered was a discount to buy an entirely new unit, which doesn't sit right when the issue is a basic replacement part.

At the end of the day, I support companies that stand behind their products, and this didn't feel like that.
