I’m genuinely impressed with the JBL Tune 720BT. I bought them for myself on December 25th, 2025, and they’ve been fantastic from day one. I fully charged them on December 29th, 2025, and they didn’t die until January 15th, 2026 — and that’s with me using them on and off almost every single day. The battery life is unbelievable.

The bass hits beautifully, the overall sound quality is rich and clear, and for my first pair of higher‑end headphones, these absolutely exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be happier with them.

I use these headphones everyday good quality for what you pay for sometimes I wish they were louder, but the app was pretty cool to use with it to mess with sound of it  the only thing I had to say they kind of fall weird on my head sometimes I have to adjust them, but besides that they are solid 9 out of 10

I bought these a few weeks ago the battery last for days and they sound awesome and are really comfortable to use thank you for such a good product I highly recommend.

Great

Good headphone over the ear fit kind of snug, I do have a big head. LoL.  I just love the way I can have my headphones on and use them to talk with my cell phone. Sound quality is really good battery life is great.

Really good headphones

I bought 2 of these, actually, 1 for me and 1 for a gift. We are both pleased with these headphones. Very comfortable to wear, controls work well, sound is very good for the price and JBL app to adjust equaliser is great. I use them to watch TV or stream music or podcasts. They may not sound as good as sets costing hundreds of $, but at under 50$ each the price was right.

Great buy, very happy with these

The headphones have an incredible battery life and a strong Bluetooth connection.  I can go anywhere in my house and they still work.  The sound quality is excellent.  I don't particularly like the swivel motion on the earpieces, which are awkward and difficult to adjust.

JBL Tune 720BT REVIEW

Both my Granddaughters and myself have a pair of these. I use Sennheiser when sitting at home. 
These JBLs Decent Over the ear  headphones. The V shape sound Good bass and treble is good for Rock/Rap and I tried a few 60s jazz tracks that sounded good. Also the Motown Channel through streaming was exceptional. Good job of blocking sounds.  They are a Value orentantated headphone that doesn't sound cheap in any way.  
Charging times very with the power supply used.

Really Good for the money.

A pair broke where the swivel on the headphones are. I think it was when my hair got stuck and ordered another one. I had a return for one pair I bought that was the wrong model. I believe I sent it back to the company instead of Walmart. Im still trying to figure it out  with customer service. I was robbed and I csnt find the return receipt and have to contact ups to see if they have a copy. 

The headphones are great, they did break not from the product lacking but by my thick long hair.... and I dod order another one and jt was on sale from when I last bought it. And the color is great

Love th color and ordered another one

As soon as I got those headphones, it was so cool. I had something nice for myself, but as soon as I plugged them in, I could only hear from one side of the headphones and I looked it up on Google and it said that it’s not right for one side to have sound and the other not to so I will be making a return and getting a new pair so I could enjoy my own and work proper

Good but not food

The sound and look for the cost is good. However, I had so much trouble with the fit. Me ears had to be folded so I can fit them with these headphones. The earpads were smaller than what was needed for my ears and my ears are not terribly huge or anything. I am a 5'9" average proportion guy.

Earpads too small causing pain after 20 mins
