Provides a snug and comfortable fit for most ears.

Can be reliable and strong, but also inconsistent and prone to drops.

I loved the sound quality of these earbuds, they sound just like the surround sound in a movie theater, and the jbl app made it even better yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These things sound great. I really enjoy the timing that is available through the app and the fact that I have a choice of ear but fits with the included sleeves. I do wish that the battery life was a little better however it is understandable for the size of the product.

Little buds park a punch

Wife ordered but I will not use them because of the safety factor at work.

Comfortable in-ear wireless audio on the go.  Good sound reproduction with useful noise cancelling/ambient aware options along with temporary talk-through feature allowing for brief social interactions without the need to remove the ear piece.

Strong battery life and quick charging in the charging storage pod.

The only frustration is their propensity to connect to a saved device even when they're securely stored in the charging/storage pod.  Trying to make a phone call when suddenly there's silence and the little sods have decided to have a bit of a listen-in.  That needs a software fix from JBL.

Comfortable and reliable with one annoying habit

Good noise cancellation, battery life is also decent. The downside is that the right earbud often fails to charge unless it's positioned very precisely in the case, and the left earbud eventually stopped charging altogether. Overall, the charging connection feels inconsistent and frustrating to use.

this is not legit! it is counterfeit! it comes in a poor cardboard box and a poor  transparent charging case.
if you wanna go legit, do not buy this.
if you don't care if it's legit or not,  do not buy it either cuz you can have much better options for that price.

I'm very satisfied with all the JBL products I bought before but these earbuds have been giving me headaches from the start. 
Most of the times 1 isn't working or charging. I disconnect and reconnect over and over. Take the one that isn't working out of the case. Put it back in. Sometimes it all of a sudden works again.
When I put them back in the charger(and yes close it) they sometimes keep connecting to my device. 
They drive me mad.. I am sorry to say

And yes, I clean them.

sorry to say that I'm disappointed.

sound quality is ok, but usually when I put the phones in the case for charging only one of them will charge. when I need to use them, only one earphone is charged. that just makes this a terribly unreliable product, very low value for money. bought other headphones for 1/4 of the price that work much, much better. wouldn't recommend.
