From the time I got this headphones the case was showing only one bar. I did not charge the case until 3 weeks later when I hear it saying battery low. Now that they’re 3 bars I wonder how long it will last me. I use the ear attachments to get the most out of noise cancelling. The sound is very good and in all I’m happy with the product.

I have had these flex tune JBL headphones for a little over a year. They worked wonderfully until the first update. And then every update since then has only proven, well nothing positive. They don’t charge evenly, I have cleaned the case the Connections everything the way that they have specified to do so. They sometimes make very loud high-pitched noises which no one should have in their ears randomly. And absolutely at this moment these earphones suck! I wish that I still was in the return timeframe and I would return them, but I don’t think I am anymore. Don’t purchase these things because they may work well for a minute, but then they just go downhill from there. I’m hearing impaired and that sucks for me.

sound quality is ok, but usually when I put the phones in the case for charging only one of them will charge. when I need to use them, only one earphone is charged. that just makes this a terribly unreliable product, very low value for money. bought other headphones for 1/4 of the price that work much, much better. wouldn't recommend.

I've never seen such a horrible thing I'll make a list of all the problems related to headphones: - There's an extremely strong friction noise when an object rubs the headphones so during the night when you have the headphones it's horrible - Sometimes there's an ultra loud, shrill and sharp sound (like a kind of BIP) that is played when you put the headphones in the case, or even when you touch the headphones more can stay in the case overnight without charging - The right earpiece is louder than the left - The earphones are not powerful enough except to swing friction or shrill noise - The earpiece does not even fit well in the ear and falls out of the ear so it is not adherent - Sometimes when you put the earphones in the case it makes BIPs every 10 seconds - The noise reduction has There is a Talk True mode that goes off and takes away the noise completely - The headphones don't even disconnect when put in the FUTURE FUTURE FUTURE FUTURE FUTURE FUTURE FUTURE FUTURE FUTURE FUTURE FUTURE FUTURE FUTURE FUTURE! - Yes. LISTENING IS THE DIABLE OR WHAT

I don't have the words, it's abominable.

I'll probably never use these. They'll just sit in a drawer as a festering disappointment as a waste of time and money. While trying to set these up it twice decided to Facetime someone named Hannah from my contacts, even after going through some work and trying to find where in the App it has a setting to disable voice commands.
I just wanted to listen to some music, not for something to spy on every word I say. The initial impression left such a bad experience it will continue to color any time I even look at this product.

I got it as a Christmas present, so far I'm satisfied with JBL products, but the noise cancellation of this Tune Flex is terrible, as if it doesn't exist, and the sound quality is much worse than, for example, the JBL 520BT. The sound is very "cheap", it's hard to take it out of the case and it's very sensitive to touches. I don't recommend it at all.

They aren’t designed for human ears first of all. The smallest earbud attachment is way too large. The material they made the earbud out of feels cheap and slick. The touch controls are ill placed and I always press something I don’t mean to when constantly adjusting the earbud because it doesn’t fit. 

Most annoyingly the earbuds activate Siri every time I touch them. I have never used Siri in my life and immediately turn it off when using a new phone. I’ve never had a product completely ignore permissions before.

Zero stars - turned off to JBL as a brand entirely

I bought it twice. problem connecting and recharging headphones. to buy knowing that past the warranty period, they will no longer work.

No charge

Not loud at all, if there is background noise you can’t hear music from the, and the noise canceling doesn’t work at all. And they barely stay in your ear, they fall out very often
