The package was there for pickup, and exactly as ordered.  The only issue, I could not get the app on my Android OS cell phone to work.  I feel, if it could be drastically simplified, fill in two boxes; bay number parked at and vehicle colour; tap on 'send'...done.  As it was, the clerk came out and asked me what I was picking up and then gave me the package.

Pickup app did not work!

I just purchased a replacement head.  I'm now sure it is a "knock off".  I called Braun and was told the 74S was no longer sold by Braun but the young lady was kind enough to send me to a website that had the genuine article.  It was a furniture site!  Now that I've checked all the reviews I think it is time to cut my losses and try another brand.  Sorry Braun!  I tried to stick with you.

Questionable quality and support.

This head is my first replacement. It is significantly noisier than the original. After 2 weeks the noise level has not decreased (thinking there might be a wear-in period). The shave is very poor and when it encounters longer hairs it doesn't cut them it just pulls them out. Painful. 

I am seriously wondering if this head is a Walmart "knock-off" that is packaged as an original Braun part. My experience with  Braun has never been disappointing to this point which is why I am skeptical.

73S replaceme t head

80 days of use and need to buy replacement head.I bought this machine on 17NOV2025 in Lisbon-Portugal. The head used 3 times a week and after 2 and half months was completely tear and wear. Since beginning Ifound that performance was strange, every time I needed to take 10 minutes to shave . As it was my first Braun razor I thought it was normal. However, last week I decided to replace new head and I found so easy to use and I could shave in less time. Therefore, I strongly believe that the head shaver was defaulted from factory . I am in Thailand but I keep the original (first head) with me to send Braun if necessary. Moreover, I don't buy copy replacement parts, I just buy original. This new cuts perfectly. I bought at Central mall in Bangokok. The original razor head instead of 9-18 months just poorly work 75-80 days. What is your position on this review? Was indeed a factory default? Because of that you make promotional sales with discounts?Best regards

I wasn't aware that there was more than one head for the Series 7 razor. Make sure you are ordering the correct version!
