Despite other reviews of things not functioning, I've had mine for years and it's still going strong! My only complaint is that the plastic attachment broke early on and I've been unable to find a replacement anywhere. I don't want to buy a whole new trimmer just to replace a small part.

I bought this product and used it once and I was impressed. The next time I went to use it…it would not turn on. I thought the battery was dead, so I replaced the battery and nothing. This trimmer was not cheap and I'm left super disappointed.

Died after one use.

Stopped working after maybe 4 uses. Changed battery and all that never made a difference. I bought a second becasue I was really happy with it when it worked. Maybe it got dropped in the bathroom. Anyway it wasn't the second one was the same. And both turn on when clipper head is open but stop working when clipper head is closed. The idea is great but too faulty. It did help with my limited mobility too.

Both stopped working after only a few uses

Find a different trimmer! Although this one works great for a month, that's about all it will last you. I purchased this product because of how many reviews I saw stating how well it worked, hoping that mine wouldn't be one of the defective ones that randomly stop working. Unfortunately, while the product is great while it lasts, it doesn't last long. Save your money on this product and find one that lasts the long term. Super disappointing!

Works great, until it doesn't.

I bought this 5 months ago and have only used it 4 times but now it won't turn on. While shaving last time it started to lose power before stopping, I assumed it needed new batteries but even when I tried fresh batteries which didn't work. I'm really frustrated it stopped working so quickly

Stopped working after 4 uses

I bought this a while ago but didn't use it right away. When I finally did, I was pleasantly surprised. It was very easy to use and clean, and I really liked it at first. Unfortunately, after only a couple of uses, it stopped working. It's disappointing because the product performed really well when it worked. I just wish the brand would make a more durable version, as it has a lot of potential.

Great product with very disappointing lifetime

After finding the QR code on the booklet in the box does not link to the product I undertook a lot of internet searching to eventually find this page… only to be disappointed as it looks like I'm unable to purchase a replacement plastic comb guard 😢

Replacement comb guard appears to be unavailable

I used it three times and it stopped working. This was too expensive for me for it to not work anymore. I'm super disappointed. Most of the reviews say the exact same thing, it only worked a few times and then stopped.
