I am happy I decided to buy the Epic Keyboard. It is a very nice backlit keyboard with a media control knob, and I am very pleased with it. Although it's configurable, I am using the default configuration, with has all the functions that I need so far. I am using it on a daily basis for remote work. Following JLab's instructions available on a video, I was able to pair the Epic Keyboard and Epic Mouse using a single dongle (very easy to do, by the way). The keyboard came in a very nice packaging, and for me it's a sign that the company cares about the product quality and presentation. Also, before purchasing the product, I contacted JLab's technical support to ask a few questions about it, and they were very responsive. Considering the product features, price, quality and support responsiveness, I am now a fan of JLab.

Amazing keyboard - very pleased with it

jlabaudio.com

I love the cordless keyboard and programable keys.
Shortcut keys are also great. The quality is great I would buy this product again.

Jlab for the win

walmart.com

I bought this pre-order and almost canceled because I needed it quicker. Glad that I did not cancel it. This keyboard is awesome. Perfect for work from home!

This is a great product

I started getting Jlab products last year and I love them, of course materials are cheaper so you need to take care of them but the quality of the sound (not in this keyboard, of course) is amazing, great products and good price.

I love this brand

I loved...I mean LOVED this keyboard when I first got it a few weeks ago. It was brilliant for WFH and even considered replacing my gaming keyboard.
But after a few weeks I'm already starting to see a few issues...some keys double hit when I press them, some don't register, and sometimes the keyboard just freezes up. While typing this review up to this point I've already had 4 Microsoft Editor fixes kick in to remedy these issues (and I promise...I'm typing it correctly in the process).

I sincerely loved this keyboard but it's starting to get in the way of work. I'm in powershell and cmd a lot and typos just slow me down.

Starting to Hiccup

I like that i CAN CONNECT TO MY PHONE TO write texts and then connect to the computer with one keypress. 4 stars because it sometimes types a letter twice, but it could be my fat fingers. Much easier to press the keys than my old K800 (logi)

Great keyboard

I was looking for a quality keyboard to use in my engineering job. Unfortunately after using it for a few months I decided that my cheaper keyboard was more reliable and nicer to use (Arteck brand).

Positives
- Sturdy aluminum frame
- Nice feeling keys with slight depress in the middle for easier fingering
- Thin profile
- USB charging
- Bluetooth connection option

Negatives
- Connection lag caused initial key strokes to be missed. This caused a lot of errors in password entry when I was coming back to my computer. I hoped to use Bluetooth but it was more noticeable in BT mode. But also an issue with the receiver.
- Keystroke got a little sloppy over time and keystrokes would not always register when they felt like they should have.
-Connection buttons right above number pad would lead to accidental strikes on occasion (and loose the connection until I switched it back)

I wanted to like this keyboard but ended up deciding against it.

Connection Issues %26 Inconsistent Key Press

steve

I was OBSESSED with this keyboard for the first few weeks. but now, 3 months later, then cons are starting to show. I have to constantly replug in the dongle in hopes of fixing the bugs. Keys won't register, double clicks, sticky keys. Today specifically was the worst i went looking for an update for the software and that did not fix it. Please get an update out for this asap! My receiver also came apart today. and i don't like that i can't use 2 jlab products (mouse and keyboard) with 1 receiver. Takes up an extra USB port for no reason. Let's level up jlab! i need you!

Honeymoon stage might be over

This is a great keyboard. I would have given it 5 stars but for 2 things. There needs to be an option for the backlight to stay on. I use the keyboard frequently in a dark room at night and the backlight only stays on for 30 seconds. It's annoying to have to press a key to turn lighting back on so I can see the keys again. The other thing is that it goes to sleep when the backlight turns off, so you have to wake the keyboard back up by pressing a key before you start typing. I frequently have to go back and insert the missing first letter in whatever I typed. There needs to be an option to turn off this feature also. I usually have the keyboard connected to the charging cable so these battery saving features are real pain for me.

Almost there.

I bought this one month ago. It should be programmable, but that doesn't work at all with my Windows 10. The manual doesn't help. The app for programming doesn't help either; it doesn't give any ideas on what to do. There are no instructions on how to program it. The app just leads me to a page where I could buy a new one
