I have used this keyboard from several months now and no problems. It does "sleep" to conserve battery so you may have to hit a key 2 or 3 times to "wake" it.

I never write reviews but this one it will be the first since it's a nice product! After many brands tested I was at walmart and decide to give a try on this keyboard. It was only $20.... oh boy! I'm in absolutely love with it. It works great with my Mac Mini M1 and Del 5060 Windows 10 machine. It's better than logitech, the original apple keyboard. Thanks.

I have a windows laptop and an iPhone. I've seen Mac users be able to text from their computers which I thought was pretty cool. I got this keyboard specifically because it could connect to my phone and laptop. Now, with the press of a button and I switch over to my phone to respond to texts. Couldn't be happier for the price. Highly recommend!

Love the multi device feature

Love this keyboard a lot! It isn't bulky or heavy. It is light and portable without you feeling weighed down. I like the ability of being able to connect multiple devices and switch between different devices with ease and without cables tying me down. 

I like it so much, I had to buy a second one because someone swiped my first one. Then I bought another one just to have!!😂

Light and compact

Key issues.  The keyboard was not backlite and the volume dial in the upper right is larger than needed.  Overall, the keyboard is still a good one if you do not need backlite keys.  All other aspects a good.

It's pretty small worth getting if you're traveling or small desk space It's perfect. This is not for work purposes since it's small both hands touch (rub against each other) constantly and cramp up if use for a extended period.

If you just use the USB dongle it works fine. Trying to connect it to devices otherwise - which is one of the item's big selling points - is a fool's bet. As others have said, trying to connect it to an ipad or smart TV is like trying to urinate into a fire hose. You'll spend 45 minutes and maybe get it to work, but the moment you try to switch to a different connection - like, to use it with your TV instead of your tablet, by using the connection switch feature that they advertise as being the main benefit of this keyboard - you have a long road ahead of you resetting your keyboard for your initial device, because it's not going to work on both, and now you're also going to have to reconnect it to your original device all over again. And if you accidentally hit the Fn button when you meant to hit Control? Have fun trying to get it to connect yet again. I hope you have some alcohol handy.

I would give the keyboard ***** if it did what it promises to. As it is, it's fine if you only need a small keyboard for a computer or laptop or something and are using the USB dongle to connect, but for it's advertised purpose, it's a complete failure. Maybe it works better with Android devices, but it's advertised as working with my ipad and smart TV as well, so it's not my fault that it doesn't deliver on its promise. I still give ** for its usefulness as a USB keyboard. Note:  attempted to use the USB with the smart TV and it didn't work that way, either. So I suspect for those you might as well not even bother.

OK as USB keyboard, failure for advertised purpose

Bought one lasted 6 days, bought another 4 days bought a third and three strikes YOU'RE OUT! It lasted 11 days DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM AS IT IS COMPLETELY DEFECTIVE IN DESIGN!

Stay away

I just returned my second one. I thought I had a bad one because the battery would not hold a charge and it would mistype letters. sometimes it wouldn't type the letter at all and other times it would type the same letter six or eight times in a row with a single key press. almost like the button was sticking.

I returned it and got the same kind thinking the first one was faulty and the second one has the same issues. when I returned the second one the lady at the returns desk at Walmart said she gets a lot of them returned and she doesn't understand why they still carry them

junk, stay away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review is for the Jlab GO wireless keyboard. I was pretty excited about this wireless keyboard that would connect to three different devices and planned to connect it to my iPad and my roku smart tv to make keying and searching etc easier, but I could not get my iPad to connect to it and my Roku smart tv, after googling online, does not have this capability. So I figured well I will connect it to my iPhone, but with Bluetooth on and following the instructions, my phone never did show the keyboard under Bluetooth devices to connect to it either, just like my iPad, even after pushing the connect button on the keyboard. I really do not know if it is my devices that are just not compatible with it, or if it is defective, or if I do not know what I am doing or not following the instructions correctly? It seems like it would be very easy to setup and per the other reviews it seems to be. I do not have a pc to try to connect to. I really do not know why you would want it connected to a laptop even though my laptop is not here right now as my son borrowed it, when my laptop has a keyboard that is pretty much the same size. I would assume so you could be further from your laptop while using. This is a “Multi device keyboard that is very compact for easy, portable setup” but it did not work for me, so I am not sure about how easy and convenient it is to use etc as I was unable to use it. I am not very tech savvy so I will have to wait until my son is here to see if he has any better luck with this wireless keyboard. I think this one must be defective though because the instructions seem super easy to understand. I did try following the directions if your keyboard does not connect with no luck.
