It's good and all but the battery doesn't even last long even with ANC off I don't know if something is wrong with mine but it never charges all the way either not to it maximum but even when it's charged really high usually last for like 2 hours only

Too much of a gamble.

The fit, features and sound quality are excellent - if you get a pair that works and while it works.  I've owned 3 pairs, the 1st was great for about a year before the charging case stopped working. The 2nd pair had issues with battery life and the earbuds not holding a charge,  and this last pair had one earbud completely dead and refusing to charge new out of the box.

If you get lucky and get some good ones they're great for the price, as for me I'm done gambling.

Comfort is good, sound quality is decently good too for myself (not others, see below). But there are some BIG flaws, I would not recommend this. First off the battery drains FAST, and the case can only be charged  by USB. The case itself seems to hold a decently long charge but the ear buds don't and it's a PITA. Bigger issue is that the ear buds don't drown out exterior noise well for the person on the other end. Once I'm in a mildly crowded place, people I am talking to can hear everything in the background. The app doesn't have any good settings to reduce external noise.

Noise and battery issues

Words  I hear everytime I go to use earbuds.  Purchased 2 weeks ago, never been able to use.  Will not stay charged.

Low baterry...Goodbye

I ordered this product one week ago. And had to return it because the left ear piece didn't work. So I returned it. And then ordered a second pair. Just got them yesterday, and guess what the new pair's left ear piece doesn't charge. Going to have to return the second pair I bought within a week. I guess my electronic purchases will be at best buy now.

These are the 2nd generation, they did not charge at all from the box I would recommend the 3rd or 4th gens
