I've gone through 3 sets of open-ear headphones and these ones are by far the most comfortable. I was concerned about the size of them since my ears are on the smaller size but they are a very good fit! The sound quality is really good and can be turned up quite loud so walking next to a road you can still hear your podcasts. The touch controls are usually the biggest fail for me with other headphones because I have long hair that will trigger it but these being set behind the ear make it much less likely to trigger. I wish I would've bought these a long time ago, it wouldve saved me so much money!

I received these as a gift and I am loving them. The app allows me to customize the EQ which is amazing. I also love the ambient sounds in the app. The sound is great. The fit is ok. While I'm wearing the earbuds I don't really feel them but when I take them off I feel a little discomfort for a little while but not anything major. I love that they do not fall off while I'm exercising. I had some other earbuds that would fall out of my ear once I began to sweat and it was annoying but these stay in place. I also love how I can hear my surroundings. Calls are pretty clear as well. Overall I am loving these earbuds.

Great quality, great price

These are a total game changer! If you are tired of traditional earbuds jamming into your ear canal and causing constant soreness, you will love this clip design. There is absolutely no discomfort here. The volume is completely spot-on, and pairing is seamless whether you use an iPhone or an Android. I was honestly so impressed by the Bluetooth range I stayed fully connected to my iPhone even when I walked several rooms away. Now, as far as the battery goes, pushing for that advertised 21 hours straight out of the case might be a stretch, but they easily give me about 7 hours. That almost gets me through my entire work shift, which is still a massive win in my book! Highly recommend.

Pretty impressive

These are great. i love this brand, this is my 4th pair I own by JLab (all working. I just really like them) . Controlling from the app is a huge plus. You can change the touch controls as well.  There is not be aware mode on these. However, you can slide them up your ear, and they will stay pretty well. 

not for people with suuuuuper small ears, though, as you can not change the side of the piece that goes in your ear. 

No charger attached like other JLab earbud cases, but it is a C type charge port.

My Favorite Earbuds By Far

This headset is amazing for the price. They sound good, calls are clear, %26 they fit perfect on my ear. I had a little soreness maybe day 1 after that everything has been good. Love them and would buy again.

The product is very well made however it does not come with a charging cord no way to recharge it. I guess you have to buy that separately which is not indicated in the description that would be helpful When making a decision on whether to buy this product or not.

Air buds

I love these, the sound is amazing, the call quality is amazing the only issue is they still cause soreness after a little bit because the part that sits in your ear is still too big for my ears and hurts. But they're amazing in every other way

Amazing

I cannot get them to work with or without the television. I purchased them to watch TV and to listen to conversations and I can't get them to do either one. The print is so small on the instruction sheet that my most powerful magnifying glass is not enough and when I tried to scan the scramble box, it didn't work.

Unhapp

Bought these for my wife, she has smaller ears. They fit comfortably, she said she could go hours without discomfort or even realizing they were on,  but they didn't stay in a position so the sound traveled into the ear well. When in a quite setting she could hear ok, but the  external noise of driving in our truck, made it difficult for her to hear phone conversations. I often had a hard time hearing her talk, because the mic is so far away from her mouth.
She didn't use them for listening to music, they were strictly for hands-free phone calls.
For just using it during phone calls, the battery time didn't seem to last as long as it stated.
We will be returning these and seeking a wireless earpiece with a mic-boom instead.

You get what you pay for

I like the style and color of the earbuds and that's about it. The sound however is very disappointing. I found cheaper earbuds for half the price that have louder volume and sound. Overpriced in my opinion.
