I just use it for phone calls and talking to the "computer" but people I talk to on it say is sounds very good. I does get some echo because my speaker are probable too close. Would be nice to have some way to know where you have the volume set. You just have to guess

Seems to Work Very Well

Dell US

All in all, the mic is great. hands down best quality for the price

Amazing mic for the price

walmart.com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] as I am just starting out my podcast, I wanted a better microphone than my phone and this was the best option for my budget and quality needs. be sure to be on the look out for the red fox gazette for an even better review. ^_^

perfect for beginners!

Sound quality of Mic is pretty good - bought this so I no longer need to use the laptop mic The best feature of this is that there is a switch so only use sounds spoken near the mic or if you want to use this for all sounds in the room. I primarily use this for work - so my need is to use the 1st setting for only use sounds near mic. Also - since this is used for work meetings it is nice that I can mute the mic by just pressing a button instead of going into my meeting on the PC to mute

Microphone has all the features I was looking for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very beginner friendly for streamers or gamers in general. I highly recommend if you're looking for a good quality mic

My favorite purchase of the year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good noise suppression and picks up almost zero audio from the background

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up and use. Be sure to have headphones or earbuds. The price was good
I have only had this for about a month so I only gave 4 stars.
I cannot speak to long term use.

nice little microphone

Charan

Overall it presents itself well, but can be a little spotty in performance. I am using it for a foreign language study, and sometimes I have to repeat the sentence as many as 12 times. Of course it might be just my pronunciation of the French, but it seems odd to me that all of a sudden it starts understanding me just fine but I am not pronouncing anything better or differently. I'm not interested in sending it back or buying a different one, but sometimes it bugs me. A better explanation of things like how close it should be when speaking, and what "gain" is used for, and that sort of thing.

Should work, but is a little annoying

Once you plug it in to your computer sometimes there is a static when recording. You have to hold it a certain way to make it go away. I got mine brand new so it shouldn't do that.

Static

If not working try a different USB cord other than what it came with. Problem solved.

Tip for non working microphone

JLab Go Talk USB Microphone Black centered front view of compact black USB-C microphone on included tripod stand with fabric grille, visible volume knob and quick-mute button. 96kHz/24-bit resolution, cardioid and omnidirectional modes; plug-and-play for podcasts, gaming and voiceovers; often used as a portable field-interview or streaming microphone.
