These are some of the best ear pods I've ever had. They have great sound. If you love being able to experience the bass in your music these are perfect. I recently lost my air pods and needed something to replace them, and these are over a hundred dollars cheaper and sound awesome. Probability won't be buying any AirPods anytime soon. These allow you to do almost the same things as the AirPods except for leaving your phone in another room and being able to hear a conversation from afar.

I really love these earbuds. I use these when I go to the gym. So i move around alot there and these do not fall out of my ears. They fit perfectly without slipping out or moving. Both left and right ear buds pair together easily with my phone. The sound is crisp and clear. When Im using these and receive a phone call, the mic works good. The new case design allows me to take the earbuds out easily.

My top choice for earbuds

I purchased a set of JLabs earbud at my local cell phone store. I had owned a pair prior to these ones and they were great. When I opened the new pair one of them wouldn't turn on. I contacted JLabs and explained my issue and within two weeks I had a brand new pair! Their customer service is amazing!

I bought these earbuds around 2.5 years ago, and i still have them. Their audio hasnt degraded even after i jumped in the pool with them. the buds dont fall out like others tend to do. the 3 eq modes are awesome, i usually keep mine on jlab signature to enjoy an equal amount of everything but once in a while switch to heavy bass mode to enjoy rumbling in my ears. they have a great charging life and can usual last me 5-6 days in the case without charging and i use them everyday, they charge overnight and ready to play in the morning and with the built in charging you could charge them at work or in the car or anywhere which has a usb port. 10/10 would recommend to another person or even as a gift

AWESOME BUDS

I think this is my ninth set of BT wireless earbuds.  Only because they keep getting better.  This is my 4 pair of JLabs, and each pair improves over the previous, in one or more ways.  Jlabs positions themselves as a value brand, but  boy their sound quality keeps improving.  Jlabs claims each earbud will last +9h in a charge and the case can charge them 3 times giving a total of 36h battery life (9h+27h from charging case). I fully charged, and updated my firmware before trying them out.  I had no problem pairing them with my iPhone 12 pro.  I then ran them through JLabs burn in tool overnight (looks like they lasted ~8h 40m), just short of the 9h quoted lifespan, and then I recharged them.  I already had the JLabs Sound app installed and my Air Pro Earbuds were immediately recognized, and my battery level showed 100% on each earbud.  The software provides a 10 band equalizer, which is awesome.  They have 3 predefined curves (Signature, Balanced and Base Boost that are good starting points to defined and save your own presets.  You can easily move between defined curves to compare the variances.  The Signature was the closest to my preference.

Now on to the important part, how do they sound and fit.  I generally move to the next larger rubber earbud surround, but after testing I found the standard set worked just fine for me. JLab used to provide a blue foam spongy tip, it seems they no longer do.  I had a pair from what I had previously,  they they fit fine in the Air Pro's; I prefer them for longer listening, but the silicon that came with them were fine, they didn't feel loose and the sound seal seemed good.  These earbuds are slightly smaller and lighter (with longer battery life) than the prior generation.  

Now on to music, I started with Traffic's Live (On The Road), The Low Spark and High Heeled Boys, the instruments each sounded clear, the horns throught out were very airy, the earbuds presented a great multi-dimensional sound stage.  Each instrument coming from it's own location.  The voice being precisely center stage.  The Bass was the only thing that seemed a bit lacking, but with this live performance the sound is much different than the original recording I'm more accustomed to.  

I then went to  Pink Floyd's beautiful DSOTM (Live from Immersion Edition).  Speak to Me sounded great, the volume level was wonderful, opening up the subtle notes of the song. I had the volume at about 90% volume knowing they could be louder.   The subtle tones were great, and as the song builds it had real presence.  The highs in Time were tremendous, these earbuds provide an excellent sharp/crisp high end.  Then Great Gig In the sky's ethereal voices, wisp around the soundstage with the bass just a little weak, but still a nice balance.  Money plows in with a very real entry, I turned up the volume to 100% and it was still perfectly clear.  But it was even better louder.  Us and Them was most tremendous, it got me turning my head, like I could hear the different instruments right in front of me.  As we ended with Eclipse I felt like the little voices in my head would persist, but they faded away, as usual.

Then went to Boston's first album; More than a feeling was forward, and the bass felt very natural with airy highs.  On Foreplay/Long time the fade in/out fade had great separation and was excellent.  The subtle build up was nearly perfect.  And the bass was better on this album; deep but not over done.  Here I tried using equalizer, I loved having all the the options.  The bass boost was nice but I quickly tired of it. I tapped the earbuds to advance the song, it work as I expected.  The touch controls can be programmed as you desire (a great feature usually only found on more expensive products).  The software can also control what Jlabs calls Be Aware, where some outside sounds are brought into the sound stream of the earbuds. You can set a percentage that "passes" thought. This was somewhat effective, but at louder music levels the effect diminishes. I went outside, with Be Aware set to 0%, and could not hear birds over the music, with Be Aware set to 90%, during quite passages I could hear the birds, but not when it was much louder.  So I'm not sure how effective it is.

I'm very happy that Jlabs provides a burnin tool, I've used others to break earbuds, headphones and speakers before.  I love that they provide a full graphic equalizer, it works superbly.  This earbud version does not have Automatic Noise Cancelation, another model does if it's important to you  (airplane travel is the only place I use it).

These exceptional earbuds for the price, I've recently tried others 4x the price that I would not say sounded any better. These are close to the best earbuds I've ever used; better highs, with some bass trade offs.  After using them all day, I found them very comfortable, (I'd still prefer the blue memory form inserts).  But after wearing them nearly all day I rarely thought about them  (other than how nice they sounded).

Jlabs has built another great reasonable priced set of earbuds.  I like the new case with the hidden charging cord.  The case can't be charged wirelessly (that would be another step up). But for sounds quality alone these are excellent.

Great Earbuds

I received these JBuds Air Pros yesterday and I've been wearing them everywhere since opening the box. The Be Aware feature is awesome and it's protected me already from extremely high pitched noises by deafening sharp audio spikes, not to mention I can hear everything around very clearly with no compromise to music quality. Music and Movie modes I haven't looked into but I'm excited to use. Battery life is great! Only minor gripe is I can't Track Backward with the left bud. I have to manually track back with my device. But still, an excellent purchase with superior sound quality compared to a certain fruit-logo company and yet cheaper by a long shot. I've had multiple JLab products over the years and each one has a special place in my memories. But these Air Pros are truly my new daily drivers (heh, literally).

Excellent & Feature-Packed Daily Drivers

Just bought the JBuds Air Pro for work mainly and I am very happy with them though there could be a couple improvements.

My wife and I own a small grocery in our neighborhood. She is front of the house and I am back of the house where I make many deli items and bake our own bread (my smoked chicken salad is so dang good.). While I am down there I spend a lot of time listening to books and tv shows and have been using wireless over the head earphones which get pretty hot so I thought these would be perfect. 

They are very good. They are certainly more comfortable and the sound is amazing. The fit is surprisingly PERFECT too. 

The improvements I might suggest:
When using two devices connected at the same time, there needs to be a way to prioritize the devices. I am listening to something on the iPad (the main device being used) and a timer goes off on the phone (secondary device.) When I stop the timer, the phone becomes the primary device and I have to go to the iPad (which has paused playback and now shifts to secondary device) and there I have to actually push play on the iPad to make it the primary device. I hoped a double tap on the right bud would bring the iPad back to primary, but sadly that is not the case.

Another thing is I wish the buds would automatically reconnect to the primary device after losing contact with the bluetooth device. Example: I sometimes have to go into the walk-in cooler or upstairs to turn bread in the oven. When the bluetooth loses contact in those cases, the connection IS re-established but it treats it as a brand new connect, meaning I have to once again go to the device and physically push play or whatever. A double tap doesn't work here either. I understand the limitations of bluetooth, but my old headphones would reconnect and a simple tap would begin play where I left off. Would be nice to pick it back up on the fly and double tap.

Another thing: when I lose connection for more than a couple minutes, the buds shut down altogether and I have to put them back in the case to restart. Sometimes I have to bring bread up or restock something for couple minutes and lose the connection permanently. It would be nice if the disconnect time was longer. The Mpow headphones I had used to do this. 

The fit, sound and quality are all outstanding, I just wish the software and features were a little more robust.

Great product. Can be superb...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the earbuds fit well and come with different sizes. you can also hear phone calls and music  just fine. the only issue is the microphone: it doesn't pick up voice very well and it's somewhat muffled to the person on the other side. i found that i had to enunciate my words more loudly in order for the person to understand what i was saying. not bad overall, but some difficulty.

Earbuds broke after a single use. Had trouble getting both earbuds to simultaneously connect on my second ever use. When they finally both connected, the right earbud had a significantly lower volume than the left. I switched the earbuds to confirm it wasn't my hearing. Earbuds also have a poor fit even after testing each silicone bud and fin and are prone to falling out. You get what you pay for; splurge on a higher-end pair of bluetooth earphones to get better design and engineering.

Garbage

Low quality, break easily, charging case doesnt hold any charge, just works as a charger while plugged in.  dont fit in ears as well as other ear buds. for the price just buy something decent.
