Overall a good inflatable spa and it can be set up in minutes.
the actual structure of the tub is actually surprisingly good. it's made of thick durable materials. When properly inflated, you can actually sit on the edges. the bottom has some sort of pad, so sitting in it is comfortable.

The cover isn't that bad either. it keeps its internal temperature.

Heating up the spa for the first time took about 5 hours. It keeps the temperature desired even when using it.
Although it looses a degree every 5-10 min when using the air bubble function.

Unfortunately, i encountered issues with the pump/heating unit within a couple days of using it. E5 code.
Even with the issue, the seller was very responsive and helpful. (we came to an agreement)
 Note: this pump is used by many other companies, so whatever unit i recieved was defective.

Do not let this discourage you from buying this brand, because the product is warranted and the seller is responsive.

A good spa

I read the reviews before i purchased it and was warned not to buy it. I went ahead and bought it regardless....what a mistake. Ibhad problems from dY one. Error codes that we tried diligently to work through for two months. The most it would work without an error code was one day. I finally went through the involved process of filing a complaint and requesting a refund. It wasn't easy but i did get the refund. Save yourself the grief and dont buy this product.  It is a piece of junk. Too tempting with the price point but it wont be worth it. Really
