Size

Very pretty, small and quality, it only lacks a thermostat for automatic shutdown.

Good extra heating for vr

I feel like it is a bit more pricey then some of the cheap ones out there. However, the quality of this heater feels much better. It feels good to touch and feels like it is built well. As well, it has a very nice design to it.

A bit more pricey but better quality

Its getting to be the time of the year where its not quite cold enough to turn up the heat for the whole house, but not quite warm enough to not have the heat on. This is a good unit to cope with that. I keep it on in the early morning and turns it off around 10 am. Works pretty good so far.

Perfect Season Transitioner

The delivery tracking shows that the item was delivered, but I didn't see it on my front poach. I suspect it was stolen and contacted their customer service. They were amazing and responded within 12 hr and opened a investigation case with Canada Post. In the end they never found the parcel, but they shipped me a replacement unit right away. The actual heater is well packaged and I really like the Hello on the box : ) its a very well designed product.

Really fast and timely customer service

I'm very happy and surprised of the efficiency of this product. For sure is only for small spaces, but for me it has done wonders. Cosidering that most of the times I tend to have my hands and feet cold, this heater has been just what I needed. Having it next to me when I'm working or at nights when I can't sleep, has been a blessing. Say no more to having your partner angry when you want to heat up at nights being close to them 😄. In can confirm my wife is happier now that she is experiencing less and less cold hands and feet 🤣.

Impressed

It is a neatly designed unit. Its small, so its not meant to heat big spaces. Compared to the other ceramic heater I have, I wouldn't say it out performs them. Probably similar. However, it is definitely one of the better looking small oscillating heaters out there. Since I am working at home a lot now, I keep it under my desk to keep my toes warm (I don't like to wear socks at home). Its been great so far. Kiki (my cat) just wants to stay there all day now : )

My thoughts

When I first plugged it in, I plugged it into a power bar, and I saw some sparks coming out. After messaging customer service, turns out all heater units you want to plug into a wall outlet, else you risk chances of it being burnt out or worse catch on fire!Very impressed with the speed and information their customer service provided.

I had an issue with the heater that was resolved promptly and professionally with such great customer service from John W. I love the fan and it is a perfect size for my room and any room really. It's a nice design, quiet, and gives off a lot of heat. I also love that it offers a cool fan feature as well, and it oscillates! Love it. Thank you so much for such a great product, and again, wonderful customer service.

If you are looking for a powerful heater, this is not for you. It's quite small and compact. Best used for localized heating (like in a smaller room or heating your hands or feet.)But it is the cutest heater out there if you are looking for something like that.

Not the most powerful

This heater had been great, but it's died on us after only 2 yrs of usage and we don't even use it everyday and for a long duration. Maybe 30 mins max a couple do times a week. Some months barely even on. Will not be purchasing from this company again.
