JYX Karaoke

I gave this to my granddaughters last night as a gift and they loved it.  Works great.  Very loud at even the lowest setting so more range of volume control on the low end would be nice, but a good quality unit at first use.  Give it some time to see how it holds up.   That will be the big test.

The system and microphones are very well built. One reason for a star deduction is the user manual is insufficient in that it took me a couple of hours to figure how things worked. never could figure out how to get the radio to select other stations other than the presets. The second deduction is the speaker volume is much less then I anticipated from reading other reviews. In a small venue people could not hear or understand me less than 15 ft away.

Excessive background noise when the microphone is turned on and at Standby mode becomes very annoying. I have a JYX-66BT and it is very quiet and I am very happy with it.

Works fine but it has pieces missing. The package has come apart where it was glued. Both wires are missing. The user manual is missing. And I'm not sure what that other thing is in the picture but it is also missing. I have searched google for a user guide with no luck. Can anyone tell me how to get the missing pieces other than buying replacements.
