I love this item, it's a lot smaller than I had expected, but it has great sound.I also love how  it came with two microphones, which is a great addition. It's came with a strap to carry around which I think is also a great plus. It's small but it gives big sound, actually great sound. The lights also give it a little flare to it, if do say so myself. I certainly recommend this for anyone who wanted something small but loud. 100% recommend.

My box looked like it had already been opened, it didn't come with a user manual, and one of the microphones is not working

does not even charge when plugged in something faulty with it. super disappointed

Clueless how this works

Apparently, apparently, this is a defective unit. I will be returning it. So glad I decided to open it before the birthday party.
I even went on YouTube to try and troubleshoot the problem, to no avail. 
A red light continues to flash, saying, error
