Ease Of Use

I have owned one for years and have had many family members and friends buy one after eating meats tenderized with it. I give them as gifts and they are always appreciated.

Used this to tenderize sirloin steak and it worked well. Also used for homemade pizza dough and very pleased. Clean up was easy and it is dishwasher safe.

Every Household should have one. I use the Jaccard on Chicken, Pork, Beef, Game and other. If there's any doubt the style of meat I'm going to serve may be tough, I break out my Jaccard and make one pass each side of meat.
The product does exactly as stated. It without a doubt tenderizes, decreases cooking time, and allows for marinades to penetrate readily.

This item really does a nice job of tenderizing cheaper cuts of meat. We use this tool to make our own cube steaks which are more tender and more flavorful than store bought cube steaks. If you like country style steak, chicken fried steak, or salisbury steak this is the device for you.
