Banjo came doubled boxed so couldn't tell what it was (great for gift giving) and very well protected.  Out of the box looked so much better than the pictures. Tuned right up to a guitar pitch pipe and started playing. Good action and more importantly, sounds just like a banjo. Looks great! Sounds Great! Plays great! Must be pretty great! Can't believe got this quality of a product for the price. Only recommendation would be to get a banjo strap along with the instrument. Makes it a lot easier to play and get started.
