[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After reading several reviews, I decided to try this powdered eyeliner, and it worked just as expected. It applies smoothly, allows for good control, and gives a nice, defined look. I appreciate how versatile it is—you can keep it soft and natural or build it up for a bolder line.

Based on my experience, I agree with many of the positive comments. Overall, it's a solid product that performs well and is easy to use. I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend it.

I'm 63, fit and fashionable and love dressing up, including make-up.  But eyeliners just didn't work for me anymore.  Liquid liners would run into the fine lines of my eyelids and make me look and feel OLD!!!  When I saw an ad for Mystikol I hoped that Jane Iredale might have designed a product that would work for a more mature woman.  And did she ever!!!  I love Mystikol!  It goes on smoothly, with a clean line.  I love the way it feels and looks.  And I love having eyeliner back in my daily regimen.  Thank you!

This is a great product.  The dark topaz color is perfect for fair complexioned women who want a natural look.  It goes on beautifully and, most surprising, actually stays ALL DAY - a first for me for eyeliner.  Even "stays all day" types are usually gone by mid morning.  It produces a more defined line than its predecessor Mystikol product - that was more like a shadow.  Thank you, Jane.

Excellent!

I've been wearing make up for 50ish years and have never found an eye liner I liked. The pencils were too hard. The liquids were too unnatural-looking. Your previous version of Mystikol was pretty good, but this new version is the best I've ever encountered.  Promise you will keep offering this Mystikol forever!

The Best!

I LOVE this eyeliner. For years I've used liquid eyeliner but wanted to make a change. Mystikol stays on all day without smudging and it looks more natural, which is exactly what I wanted. I started to feel that my liquid eyeliner made me look older than what I am, especially my eyes.

Natural looking

So happy that I tried the Mystikol Powdered Eyeliner. Love how easy it is to enhance the eyes with the sweet little brush conveniently tucked into the top of the product. Goes on quickly, neatly and easily. Will probably purchase one for my daughter now. Thanks!

Ease of Application

I thought I was buying a liquid to powder formula. My mistake. The way the packaging is designed may have been part of the mixup. This is a waxy formula that dries to a powder. It goes on smooth and is blendable. Not good for a crisp clean cat eye look. Migrates around through the day.

Not what I thought I was buying...

I've been using this product for about a month. I'm disappointed because although I like how it looks, it seems like the product is drying out quickly. I'm worried I won't be even remotely close to finishing the bottle before it dries out. I used to use Jane Iredale gel liner (until they stopped offering it) and it didn't seem to dry out quickly. I finished the whole bottle before starting with this Mystikol product. For the money I pay, I am worried I won't get my money's worth. :(

Disappointed

I had high hopes for this eyeliner. It is very easy to use, and you can make either a thin or dramatic thicker line with it. However, it disappears on me within an hour or two. I've tried it several different ways - with and without cream and powder eye shadow, for a few hours, and for a longer time. Any way I configure it, my line is absorbed within an hour or two.

Doesn't Work for Me

Not really what I was expecting as far as consistency. The site described it as a powder to cream. It is definitely a cream. It has no lasting power. The liner is no where to be found mid day. I think you'd definitely would have to use a primer with this in order for it to stay all day. Pretty disappointed.
