Within the second use my lipstick broke with minimal pressure. Customer service is always exceptional and they sent me a new one but it was cracked at the base. This is a great formula, keeps my lips soft, color stays and the color selection is fantastic. But I had to scoop it out of the tube into a jar and don't really want to use a lip brush every time to apply. I'm sure the formula is soft due to the good for you ingredients but I won't be purchasing again.

I used the quiz to find my perfect shade and it is perfect! I get compliments EVERY time I wear it and it stays on all night (going out dancing, going out to eat, drinking water or red wine - all of it!) The only dissappointment is that the lipstick broke easily in the container so I had to replace way before it was out.

A Perfect Shade that Lasts on You Lips (but not in the container)

Triple Luxe Lipstick: It took me a long time to get a color that worked for me. Jessica is a beautiful color and the moist feel to this lipstick is very nice. I wear this lipstick everyday.
JI please make shopping for colors online more doable. Having all colors available on a sample card, since the colors on our devices do not show true color, would take the stress out of ordering a color that doesn't work. Going to the few places where JI is sold, to try before buying, does not work for me.

Triple Luxe Moist Lipstick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the colors and richness, but I've bought two now;The first broke off in the tube despite careful use due to other reviews.  The second just arrived already broken in the tube. My home is air conditioned , so I'm wondering if it's a manufacturing or a shipping issue?

It was nice and creamy but broke when I put it on. I like the lip fixation stains - they stay on longer, glide on easily, and come in a variety of colors. I just thought I'd try something new but will stick with what I like.

I love this lipstick so much, as far as the texture and feel of it. It goes on smoothly and the color is beautiful. However.... this is the second one of the Triple Luxe lipsticks I have tried, and within 2 days of having it, the lipstick has snapped, and gotten stuck to the cap, so now I cannot use it. This is disappointing with the cost of it. :( I love it, but I can't use it!

The lipstick itself was a good quality but the color was not at all what I wanted. I feel the online color chart was totally wrong. There is no pink , it is all orange , something I would never pick
