It's far too expensive, but otherwise is a great game for a couple, small or big family / friend groups and will help kids with strategy, planning and many skills. You can be as competitive or not as you choose, a good attitude tester too. Just a great all round game.

My family loves this game.  From 7 years old on up. We played it on New Years Eve and had no problem keeping kids up till midnight. They even wanted to play after the ball dropped.  The board is heavy vinyl , and is kind of hard to lay flat if you have it rolled up. So I get it out long before we want to play it and lay it on the floor and put books or something heavy on it to make it lay flat when you want to play.  It is kind of hard to store because of that , wish it had a folding big board.

Great family game !

I returned this item. The price was reasonable, and the product would be appreciated by many. However, I was looking for a clone of the Double Series game in a larger format. The board used in Sequence uses a different layout than the game Double Series (a Canadian product), though the play is essentially the same. This wasn't clear to me from the images of the game board I looked at.

The Sequence board is a large vinyl mat that arrives folded in a small box. I unfolded the board, smoothed it out then left it lay for a day or two. The creases along the folds never quite went away leaving ridges I wasn't happy with. Perhaps shipping the game in a roll would be a better idea, though it would make for a larger shipping container.

For those who aren't looking for a duplicate of the game Double Series, and who don't mind the crease in the unfolded vinyl board, this may be very enjoyable to play.
