Everything was great from ordering,to use. Price was much cheaper than local medical supply store, assembly was very easy, cleaning, moving all is a one handed job. If you need a shower chair, this is the way to go,from the word go to whoa!

I like my shower chair. It's comfortable to sit on. I had to go and replace a bolt that goes in the middle.

After trying to assemble this chair according  to blueprint,  the backrest was pictured with the wrong connection bolts.  After thinking about it I rearranged the assembly bolts and was able to connect the seat back to the bench.  I guess having an engineering 
backround helped.

Poorly designed

The directions for assembling this shower chair was a bit confusing. I assembled this chair for my mom and I had to unscrew these screws maybe 3 or 4 times. I had to basically use my common sense to put this chair together. My mom has a small narrow shower. She used it and she had to move the chair to get into the shower. Then move the chair again while using the shower. I don't want her using this shower chair when she's alone in her apartment. I want to make sure that she is safe when she uses this shower chair. I don't really care for her new shower chairs. My mom had 2 strokes, 1 in May and the other in July. The doctor at the hospital said that she needs a shower chair because she had the strokes. She said that she wanted to get a shower chair. So we measured her shower and went on Walmart.com to search for a chair. She saw this shower chair and said that this is the chair that she wanted. So I placed the order. The price was affordable and shipping only took a couple of days.

Mixed feelings about this shower chair

The chair works find but as usual the instructions are useless.

After putting it together the back screw inserts started coming out. Before I even was able to use it it has all ready started coming apart

The directions are wrong. The chair smells and there is no way to put the back onto the chair because it did not come with the correct screws.
