The product is excellent. The dispenser tube is much less so. As you reach the end of the product, the dispenser tube becomes harder to use. Having to cut off the bottom of the tube to then insert a toothbrush to try to access the remainder of the product is not easy and is inconvenient. At the price of the product, I want to use every last bit of it, so I would suggest a redesign for the dispenser.

I love the product, but the package is terrible The pump gets all gunked up and you have to clean it or it gets stuck down and doesn't work at all and it's just a big mess. Not sure why they put it in this pump tube instead of a regular toothpaste tube.

Bad pump

I love the toothpaste and the results (my husband's teeth have gotten noticeably whiter since beginning to use it). I also like the taste. 
But the reason for the 'average" rating is because of the pump, which does not work well and is not at all consumer friendly  

Why oh WHY can't we buy this toothpaste - and formula - in regular larger normal toothpaste tubes? The kind we can squeeze up from the end when they start getting low. 

These pump gizmos make me feel as if once it starts to run out at least a tenth of the product is going to waste.

LOVE the toothpaste and results, HATE the pump

The whitening aspect of the product is very good. The pump dispenser is awful! It's so bad I cut a small section at the end of the tube! Get rid of the pump dispenser 🤬

Horrible Dispenser

I just bought this, but will not buy again.  It is too hard to dispense.   I have ordered Colgaate optic white.  It has a regular tube.  I don't know whether to store this upside down, on the flat cap, or upright.  I have tried both, and it is still hard to dispense.  Too bad because I usually, like Crest products.  Have used them for years.  I assume the product is good, but too hard to use.

Too hard to dispense

I felt that this toothpaste worked but I had to quit before the tube was half gone because the method to get the toothpaste out of the tube hurt my fingers so much that I had to quit using it. I just threw it out and switched back to a regular tube. Very disappointed in this product's method of delivery.

Problems

Love the toothpaste,  hate the pump. Why would you put a pump on toothpaste tube? A stand-up toothpaste, okay. (I still don't understand why) It's difficult to pump, all the toothpaste goes to the bottom when your pumping, so you have to pressing it back to the top, and pump nozzle gets stopped up and dries with the remaining toothpaste that doesn't go in toothbrush.

Pump sucks

I bought this a couple of months ago.  No difference at all.  Have 2nd tube to try.  Pump is terrible. Hard to push, filled up with hard paste.  Terrible product

Don't buy this product. It may be crest,

This is false what they are advertising. Your teeth do not change in 1 day. I don't even notice a difference in a week. I need my teeth white for my wedding and very disappointed

Very disappointed

Doesn't work. I have used it everyday for 4+ weeks and my teeth don't look any whiter than when I started. I don't drink alcohol of any kind or coffee and avoid soda pop and dyes. Very disappointed and would like a refund.
