These place mats are the perfect color for my table, and I can put hot items on these without damaging my Oak Table. I love them better than any other I have bought & I have bought 4 different kinds & these are the best!!!! I bought those because those i had were ugly too much color . I was looking for something special,different and original and ifind it .Very nice

They are very porous.  I bought thinking they were a cork pattern on a hard surface with a cork back.  They are quite thin and are already curling up at the corners.  Not sure how they will resist food spills and damp cloth whipping.  They were not what I thought I was buying, but I'm keeping them, hope they last!

Doily

I was very disappointed in these. They are not worth the money. They are flimsy, will be easily broken and are not very washable. They won't lie flat now that I've washed each side with a wet cloth and soap.  I've put them under heavy books for several days and they are still not flat. But the main thing is being flimsy and unwashable.
