We are very pleased with the results from using CLR to remove stains in our toilets. We've had tried everything including sand paper and nothing else worked. After using CLR our porcelain looks like new.

I had a well 90 ft deep that kept running dry every 20 minutes. 

The pump had that black sooty sand like stuff on it. Its called Manganese. 

Manganese occurs naturally in rock fissures in wells. 

I dumped 1/2 gallon of CLR down the well and let it set for a few weeks over Fall. 

I fired up the well and a bunch of pink water and cloudy water flushed out. Now I have water almost 24/7.. CLR will turn Manganese pink. 

Chlorine does nothing to dissolve minerals.  I tried it. 

 CLR is like chemical fracking. and its biodegradable.

Product worked well enough to get the job done. Only wish the consistency was a little heavier.

CLR rust &soap scum remover

That hard Calcium build-up can be removed. I let this soak in for a few hours, and it dissolved the build-up. Highly recommended.

Very useful with assisting in removing very bad mineral deposits / and rust stains from old, non maintained restroom fixtures. Pretty much like new again.

Worked for me

I only tried this product on one surface and it was an epic fail. I applied it, full strength, to the heating element of our steam humidifier and it removed almost no calcium build-up from that surface. I formerly used concentrated white vinegar with poor results and I held high hopes for CLR, but was sorely disappointed. I won't purchase it again.

The jug wasn't full, I'd say it was short 20%+.  This despite the lid being sealed, but the box was slimy with product as was the exterior of the jug.

When I opened the shopping box, the gallon jug was damaged and leaking!  How am I supposed to return a leaky container??
