This little stereo is great and has great sound,  I have numerouse CD's that I want to listen to andd now I can.  I have it plugged in but it can be portable too.

i love Jensen products to start with. i needed a little player that had good quality speakers so i could hear the true sound. also needed cd and cassette playing options in unit. extreme downsizing going on for me and this has all i need in the smaller size i need. its perfect for me.

I have been looking for a replacement combo that is not a Bluetooth for a long time to replace my very old one and bulky one that quit working and ran across this one online and am impressed with the size and quality and sound it delivers.  I was also able to find a set of regular headphones that works very well with it, online also even though you can also use your smartphone with it but need a different cord.  I just wanted something to replace my old and am very happy with it and listen to my cassettes and CDs, and radio again when I get tired of the TV. I use my smartphone/ music  when I am away from home, so I wouldn't be able to give you a review for that particular part of the product.  I so far have 
no problems with the reception since the antenna is built inside and the ease of use is great because it is smaller and takes up less space on my night stand and light which is a plus because of my disability.   Just memorize where all the buttons are, and you are ok.  I have read complaints about this, and I don't have any issues with it.  I am just happy to have a good replacement for my old one and JENSON is a good company.

Electronics/radio

small in stature am fm radio, cd player, and cassette tape deck so don't toss your old stuff. As far as sound goes. I got a pair of small stereo speakers and plugged their end into the headphone slot . If you do that, you get the beautiful stereo sound this little unit makes! In case of a storm it runs on batteries a huge plus if you live in an area with storms, blizzards  and hurricanes! It counts as part of my in case of emergency gear.

worth having!

My  old machine bit the dust so I replaced it with the Jensen Boombox. I am a happy camper now!! I can play my old and I mean old cassette tapes, play cds, listen to radio if I need to all in this  boombox. Doesn't take up a whole lot of space either.  Very happy with my purchase. Came on time, great delivery thank you.

Want to keep my dad happy, don't know how long he will be here with me! I lost my mom last year, March 4th, ****! Me and dad is having a hard time without her in our lives! It's a perfect gift for my sweet sister-in-law, who is grieving the loss of her husband, who was an incredible man who always thought of others FIRST.  I was SO pleased that you had this in stock, and even happier that it was on sale, since I live on very limited social security income.  VERY pleased with this purchase--if it made my precious sister happy on her 79th birthday, in the wake of so much grief only 6 weeks ago.  Thank you, Walmart!

I was ready to toss my cassette collection and just happened to see this item pop up. I didn't know they still made cassette players and am ecstatic to be able to play my 80's and 90's music again. Jensen has been around for decades and I am happy with this product. I wish the speakers were louder.

Quality product decent price

It's a radio without a station display.  Who makes a radio without a way to see what station you are tuned into?  Better yet, why would someone sell a customer a radio with no way of knowing the radio station?
