Item exactly as viewed

I was pleasantly surprised by this product. I was able to pack everything I needed for our family of 4 (2 little kids with small clothes) to go away for 2 nights into this case. The additional zippered containers are handy for storing shoes or dirty clothes. The zippers seem sturdy, and the handle goes up and down easily without getting stuck. It is light weight enough to make it easy to carry as well.

Solid Carry-on Suitcase

The quality of these suitcases seems to be very good for casual travelers, the casters work well, and most importantly, their dimensions are regulatory in Canada. I checked with a few carriers and they are indeed regulatory (in fact the CAA sells the same suitcases with the mention that they are regulatory). There is just with Air France that they seem a little too wide, but since they are less long and less thick, I think it compensates.

Believe it or not, this is the first luggage I ever bought. I'm not the traveling type, and I've somehow always managed with bags and boxes. But since publishing my book, I have to go around a bit more than usual, and I found myself needing something sturdy and trustworthy.  
What I love about this luggage is that its definite able to keep up with me. It has several handles that allows us me to move it around without problem. It's spacious and light when not filled to the brink with clothes and books. 
I love the little bags inside for necessary amenities, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soaps, feminine care and the likes. It keeps me tidy and organized.

Purchased same one 2 years ago for $30 cheaper. Loved it bought this one for a friend as a gift. Great quality and lots of storage.

Great Luggage

Perfectly sized for Air Transat and Sunwing, which makes it a bit short for Air Canada, but at least it fits their criteria too. Case is hard, but not rigid. As mentioned in other reviews, handle feels a bit flimsy. These features mean case is definitely lightweight. So long as you're not throwing it around, it should last. I'm 5'6” and handle length works for me to push on 4 wheels or tow behind. Love that the packing cubes can be attached to carryon so they're not falling out as you open case.

Great carryon for Cdn travellers!

The wheels don't go in the direction that that are being pushed. The button to put the handle down is quite large and therefore it is too easy to push the handle down whilst trying to get the wheels to go in the right direction.
Spend a little more to get better wheels.

Wheels and handle don't behave!

Once I had it packed and was zipping it up around the corners, the zipper would skip a couple teeth every time allowing the zipper to pop open.  This happened on both front corners, so I returned it
