Great carrybon

Received with a broken handle but did not have time to return prior to our trip. One direct flight and received the luggage scratched to crap, dented and damaged. It couldn't withstand any sort of handling. Looks pretty but won't last long. Do not recommend. Save your money.

Poor Quality

Worst experience ever, I don't know anything about this product because I never got it. Worst customer service ever. I ordered something online for the very first time from walmart and firstly I speacially mentioned in the delivery instructions to deliver it to my unit no. but they delivered it to the people living on the upper unit. Not only this but I got the wrong item and then I contacted the customer service and they said I will have to drop off the item at a store or canada post. I mean, why? It was not my fault that I recieved the wrong item. And then, I told them that I don't have a car and I cannot carry a huge carry on bag's parcel on a public transit, then they finally said they can offer a return pickup from my home and I specially request the customer service rep. to reach out to me via an email since I have work, but still I got a call from their customer service next day but I was at work, so I missed it and they just left a voicemail that they processed the return pickup with Loomies Express and they will pick up the item from my home within next 2-3 business days and make sure the item is ready to be picked up before the carrier comes. Then, I again contacted Walmart's customer service that I have work from 8 to 5 and I want to schedule the pickup timing and they said they cannot schedule the pick up, I have to contact the carrier to do so. Then, I contacted the carrier company and they said they cannot schedule it either, it depends on the driver's route, on top of that, they dont work on weekends and just work from 9 to 5. Seriously, all of this was just so stressing. Then, I again contacted Walmart and explained them carrier said they cannot schedule it, but their support still said then they cannot do anything about it. They even left the chat without solving my issue saying he cannot continue the chat due to some circumstances. But I mean, why not? If you have an option to reserve a pick up time while placing an order, then definitely you could do something to help me out if you would really value your customer. Why do you even have customer support then? And the worst part is I even reordered the same item and they again delivered the wrong item, and this time again I got the exact same item which I never ordered and now I will have to go to the nearest canada post to drop both of them but walmart doesn't care about how would someone carry 2 huge boxes of returns on a public transit and suffer for walmart's mistake. Seriously, worst experience ever. I don't think I will buy anything from walmart ever again. I would suggest the brand to choose a better marketplace platform.
