The support worked excellently for visiting elderly guest needing support at the toilet; it fit well in between the sink and tub around the toilet (as pictured). The only problem was getting the screws to get in place and tight, I could not use my hand and had to seek a tool to tighten.

I was looking for a toilet seat support for my mother.  I bought another type of toilet seat support which attaches to the seat.  The only problem was that the seat had to be screwed to the toilet and the holes doesn't quite match.  Found out there are hundreds of types of toilets with different sizes and location of hinges.  It's difficult and impossible to fit seat support to our toilet.  So when I ordered the Deluxe  Safety Toilet Support it fitted perfectly around the toilet.  Don't need to attach to toilet seat.  Just some simple assembling of this product and place it around toilet.  This is convenient for my mother and guests to use.

This product has really helped my dad a lot. He has a hard time getting up and this has helped him a lot. I would highly recommend this item for anybody that has a hard time getting up.

it is too lightweight for a 300lb person to use with full weight upon the bars. It tilts too easily.

Quick fix for a major problem.

This rail is very sturdy and has been so helpful to my mom after hip replacement surgery. It isn't obstructive and can be moved easily for cleaning

I've had this for about 10 years and bought one for my mom. It is solid and makes it so much easier to get up and down.

This item is not stable, very light weight can cause person to loose balance because it easily  tips over. I am only 195 pounds.  Not the maximum weight it should hold.  Would not recommend this item.

Not stable

I recently had surgery on my knee. I was worried about how I would use the bathroom when my knee wouldn't bend. At age 55 i had never thought I would have a problem like this. I ordered the frame because it didn't need to be attached to the toilet! It was wonderful! Anyone could use the toilet because it simply slides out of the way! I was able to get up and down quickly and easily!!!! It really is the simply things in life that make it better!
