These briefs have an accurate size that fits comfortably.

Nice fit and beautiful feminine colors and pattern designs. These briefs measure true to size if you go by the hips measurement. I'm right under about 41" hips, and the size 7 fits me perfectly. I have noticed an improvement in the pattern designs in the last few years and am very happy with these, between Jockey "Elance" and "Classic" briefs, these are the best 'brief'-style panties you can buy! I recently tried the two other big brands of underwear and they didn't come close to the comfort, fit, and softness of the Jockeys! 5 stars for me!

These are, by far, the MOST comfortable undies a woman can wear! The fabric is great, they are nearly indestructible, they are true to size, they wash and dry (I wash on warm and dry on delicate), wonderfully!
My biggest suggestion for me and people like me (sensory processing disorder) would be to really stitch the side seam down so it's not "digging" into the skin.

Elance Briefs are the Bombdiggity!

They are great I get the kind that also has the band around the top and the edges trimmed in cotton they wash well they fit well and they feel well thank you thank you thank you

Cotton underware

I have worn Elance briefs for years and will wear them for many more. Perfect fit, perfect weight cotton and great selection of colours and patterns. Excellent value for money.

PEFECT PANTS!

As is always the case, the cotton fabric is soft and light enough not to be bulky.  I find, however, that I prefer the smooth waistband of Jockey's Classic Brief to the shirred one of Elance.  Personal preference, I know, but in the future I'll purchase the Classic Brief.  As is always the case, I wish I were given the option of selecting the colors and patterns I like rather than being locked into Jockey's choices for me.

Prefer Classic Waistband

I love the Jockey; however, when going down from the plus size 8 to a regular size 7 the cut and coverage changes significantly which makes the fit not as comfortable. There is no plus 7 or regular 8 so these are not as comfortable.

My issue with Jockey Elance is that the pants in a 6 pack are all different sizes.... there is no consistency.  I have tried both hipsters and briefs to try to get all the same size, but every time there are 3-4 that fit and 2-3 that are a completely different size.  I don't know if that is due to stitching machines or packing but it is annoying to pay the price for good quality underwear and only be able to use half of them.  This has been going on for 2 years and 6 different packages because I do like the quality and design of Jockey elance, but only half of the package are the right size, so its time to warn people.

Thought these would work for me but they are too big. I wish they came in a size 5. they are very much a brief. I like the fact they are cotton though. Seems awfully hard to find a black cotton zie 5 panty any more. I have to keep them at this point since I did wear one pair to see how it would fit. Its a big saggy even after I washed in hot water and dried in the dryer on high

Too big

I like briefs with full coverage and bought these for that reason. Sizing online is always difficult and generally I buy one size up from any size chart to ensure I have the fit I'm looking for. I did that with these briefs, one size up from the chart's recommendation, and they were extremely small on me. The elastic cut into my waist and buttocks and made a lot of unsightly lines under my clothes, not to mention the unique discomfort of too-small undergarments. I reached out to Jockey customer service twice by email to try to facilitate an exchange of the unopened 3pak (they arrived as two 3paks rather than one 6pak) and couldn't reach anyone. Eventually I called and the customer service agent effected a shipment of the same product in the next size up. These fit better but still feel slightly too small, and ride up—exactly what I try to avoid by buying full coverage briefs. For anyone interested in buying these, I strongly recommend sizing up 2 or even 3 sizes from what the chart recommends, and if you don't want your underwear to go up your bum, pass on these. I recommend that Jockey rework the pattern slightly to bring more coverage over the butt to resolve this design flaw, and to make changes to their size chart that will facilitate buying products that are true to size.

Elance Brief 6-pak

I bought these for myself and only after one wash, several pairs had several small holes in them. I have been wearing Jockey for many years and never had this problem. I was very disappointed. I will think twice about buying more from this company.
