These are about the best briefs for daily wear.  I had worn Elance for guys for many years, but the women's kept popping up in the views.  They have much better variety of colors, which is what caught my eye.  I took a chance on a three pack of bikinis about seven years ago and found that they fit my athletic body type better than the guys Elance - I am a distance runner with a more developed gluteous maximus, apparently.  The men's Elance do not cover my back side nearly as well, which surprised me when I tried the womens.  Now I found that the hipsters are even more comfortable. Anyway, the ordinary traditional guys briefs have thicker cloth, have multiple layers of fabric with many thick seams with a fly I never used, anyway.  The Elance do away with all that and are way better in my opinion.   You don't know until you try.  I tried and now am sold on these.  Maybe they should be recommended as unisex?

the hipsters are not as easy to find in stores now.  I've worn this style for over 50 years.  I like the coverage on my thighs. yet it fits below the waistband of all my pants.  even low-rise jeans.     the price is higher than some brands however they hold up for years making their a good value.

Comfortable underwear

My favorite cotton hipster.

I've tried many styles of Jockey panties. The cotton elance hipster has been my favorite of all time. I love the feel of the 100% cotton against my skin. The quality is excellent and they last for years.

Always my favorite

I've been wearing these for decades.  I've lost weight in the past few years and think size 7 is a little too big; next time I'll order size 6.  I started long ago with mi-haunch, size 5--I have strong brand loyalty with these pants.  I like their classic fit, and they wear beautifully.  One complaint:  different colors and prints fit unlike each other, not a problem I ever encountered in the old days.

Elance hipsters

I've been wearing these for over a year and love the fit, though they feel more like briefs than hipsters on me. They're great for sensitive skin since they're 100% cotton, but panty liners can cause holes to form quickly. That's why I gave them four stars. I wish they were more durable, but overall, they work well for me.

Great Fit but Needs More Durability

I like the fit and it is comfortable but there is one very chunky seam present on the inside of the waistband.  I didn't notice it at first but now it's really starting to hurt and dig into the skin.  I tried turning it inside out but there's a tag on the outside which also irritates the skin.  If you're sensitive to this sort of thing, I would not get this underwear.
