I have bought these Jockey underwear for more than 40 yrs. They are very comfortable and do not ride up. I have noticed over the years they are getting thinner and thinner, the material that is. But I still love them. Means I have to replace them more often, which is annoying because they are now so expensive!

I have worn the Classic French Cut underwear for 30+ years!  I refuse to wear anything else!  It never rides up, never causes panty lines, never causes wedgies.  To the executives at Jockey:  Please, please, please. . . PROMISE to NEVER discontinue this style!  If you do, I will have no option but to go "commando!"

Greatest panties on the planet!!

I discovered Jockey French Cut underwear, before they were 'classic', in 1985/86. They were and still are the only underwear I like. Love that they are the only underwear that fit my body properly. Over these 40-ish years I've gone from regular size 5 to plus size 8 and they still fit beautifully and comfortably. You can't beat the quality.

Favourite underwear for 40 years

I Usually buy Fruit of the Loom Fit for me high cut; but they never are available in white. Tried the Jockey Elance and found them to be good quality 100% cotton and good fit. These are higher cut on the leg than Fruit of the loom or Hanes high cut briefs. They do fit high on the waist like a brief, which is what I want. Good fit over the butt and do not ride up. They also washed well with minimal shrinkage. I will buy again.

I have been purchasing Jockey French cut panties for over 30 years. I keep coming back because they never “ride up”. The reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the quality of the cotton has gone down. The material is thinner and they do not last as long as they used to. After a few months they start getting small holes and the elastic around the legs starts to show because the fabric wears out.

Sizing is good, fabric and elastic band are a little different than from years past, a bit more lightweight.  Wash and wear well. Full coverage is great.

More lightweight than before

I've been wearing French cut for many years. I've had to go into the larger sizes as I age. I may have to start looking for another brand because for my orders of size 10 for many years the elastic in the legs is not very good. If I wanted panties that I had to continually pull out of my butt I would be wearing thongs. Why is it that as the sizes get larger the elastic gets less and less effective?  During the night I'm constantly pulling the panties out of my butt!  Can you please make the elastic tighter?  Thank you.

You have changed countries where these come from. Also different cotton. I have worn these particular panties for DECADES and have loved them and they held up WELL for years. The cotton you've changed to is way more lightweight and they SHRUNK 2 sizes. So DISAPPOINTED and will NEVER buy them again. Why did you have to change to a lesser quality panty?

Plus size Cotton Jockey Classic French Cut Underwear

These pant are thinner than the ones I have had for 15 years. Poor quality . Not comfortable. The quality has gone down since I last bought Jockey. I will never buy them again. The light ones you can see through.I will probably loose money returning them with shipping. Seems unfair when the quality is  no good.It is their poor quality which is not what I use to buy. Save your money these pants are no better than Walmarts.
