The Jockey Smooth & Shine Seamfree Hipsters are excellent underwear. The fabric is indeed comfortably smooth and also a bit shiny, which gives a pleasing appearance. The hipster provides moderate to firm support for guys like me who prefer underwear without a fly front. The Smooth & Shine products do not stretch as much as the No Panty Line Promise offerings, so consider buying a larger size than your usual. The microfiber breathes well and keeps me feeling cool, and the hipster cut provides great coverage both front and rear. I recommend these hipsters for anyone who enjoys top quality underwear.

I love the feel of these, the ‘no line' look and the coverage. I am neither young nor slender and am delighted with the fit. However, with this fabric I had to go up one size to get the fit I want. The black fabric which is matte fits in my regular size.

This is my favorite underwear. Soft. Comfortable. Doesn't cause wedgies. Washes great. Lasts for years. Can't be beat.

They were attractive and fit well. After 4 hours of wearing them they stopped staying up at my hips and shrunk down. I couldn't keep them up at my hips. I really love the cotton ones and have been wearing them for years. They stay up. I was very disappointed in these.

Shine Seamfree Hipster

These hipsters were considerably, noticeably, measurably smaller than the same style--and same size--I had bought a few years ago.  I actually held them up against them and could see the entire older panty behind them.  Very disappointing, because the fabric is very nice.  I feel that Jockey is "cheating" by making them a little smaller.  (I am the same size I was then, and the hipsters are the same size I purchased previously.  Seriously. . . noticeably (maybe a size or two!) smaller than the ones I already owned.

These are not comfortable. I called Jockey to tell them there is a problem. The rep told me no one has complained about a problem. So I just went online and indeed found someone else who has the same problem as me. I'm quoting this reviewer "These fit great but the thread in the crotch area is extremely rough and abrasive. Why on earth would you make a panty with thread like that?" This is spot on. I literally have scratches where my panty line is. I have tried these in both the hipster and the bikini and there are problems with both styles.  Jockey has always been my go to in panties and bralettes but I won't buy Jockey again.

While they were soft, they turned out to be impractical as they don't hold liners in place. Why don't you make them in cotton or bamboo instead of microfiber, which is also bad for the environment.
