On the bottle, it claims that the shampoo will gently clean blonde hair of oil, product buildup, and dirt, while leaving hair healthy, strengthened, and repaired.  After using the shampoo several times, I can say that this system is a keeper! The shampoo is so gorgeously scented that its hard to not want to wash your hair everyday!   I can definitely recommend John Frieda's Blonde + Repair System Shampoo to any blonde looking to revitalize and nurish their blonde hair.

The other thing I liked , using all three products together ( pre treatment, shampoo and conditioner ) really made a difference in how my hair not only looked, but was easier to style and was not greasy! Blonde+ Repair Bond Building Shampoo

It has a light fresh scent and cleanses my hair beautifully without stripping it. My hair feels very hydrated after using the shampoo, even if I lather up twice.
