I tried this shampoo after having tried the Frizz-Ease serum. My hair is naturally straight and this shampoo helped keep my hair tame and static-free. Love the scent (lasted 2 days) and how my hair was silky smooth and shiny.

Nice smooth silky hair

I tried this for the last month and my hair has never been smoother, i have frizzy and curly hair, and this one has really smoothed it out so the curls became fun!

Great for frizzy hair

I received a sample packet of the Shampoo Conditioner and leave in cream. 
First of all I love John Frieda products I buy the sets often BUT I only got to use the shampoo of this, I didn't look at the ingredients first I only did after my head started burning, and itching. There was a Strong perfume-ish smell I didn't like it at all, and I didn't think any of them had Perfume added. 
Overall other then it was way to strong for my sensitive head it was a great product my hair feels amazing even just with shampoo 
I would still recommend it

John Frieda Frizz Ease Forever Smooth

I love the shampoo and conditioner in the forever smooth range - not too 'heavy' and smell lovely. I have noticed a difference in the amount of frizz but find I still need to invest a lot of time in styling to get the ultimate desired result! I have started using other products in the range to help like the serums and primer. Great product!

Fantastic product with great results

Its really wonderful for controlling frizz. I was really impressed with how well my hair felt after using the shampoo along with the conditioner. It does exactly what it says. Best to use the shampoo and conditioner in unison. I do recommend this to others who want to manage frizz.

Shampoo is just as good as some salon products I've tried

I've used Frizz ease for years. Though the bottles have changed they still sit upside down to dispense product and the purple packaging is a nice touch. I don't do a lot with my hair, but I notice a difference between using cheaper shampoos and using John Frieda. Frizz Ease Shampoo makes my hair softer and less likely to tangle. I noticed that the smell is more overpowering now than it used to be. It's more "perfumy" like old flowers, and less subtle. The shampoo still delivers the same results, but I find the smell a little much!

Great Shampoo but very fragrant!

I received a sample in the mail & was disappointed to see that the shampoo contains sulfates & silicones, that I am trying to avoid in my hair. The shampoo also has a strong scent that I did not like. I did like the feel of it in my hair, but it did leave my hair feeling really stripped and 'squeaky' clean.

Felt nice in my hair

I bought it thinking it was the same as the (previous?) silver packaging with the coconut oil (which was an amazing product by the way!). I discovered it is not at all the same and the smell is a very "perfumy" overpowering scent. So, if you have any scent sensitivities, or work/socialize around anyone with these sensitivities you may wish to consider a different product.

Cant get passed the smell.
