This color remover is amazing! I had blue and green hair and blue can be a very stubborn color to get out. Not only did it remove color from my hair, but it also matched my roots to it, and still made my hair feel healthy. Will definitely buy again if I'm looking to remove color in the future.

This product worked great!! I used the Joico Amethyst color on my blonde hair all over coverage. I redid 3 times within the last few months. Well I letvit gradually fade out and wanted to go back to my blonde. I gotta say it was super easy to use. My husband did my hair the entire time. It's not as harsh as bleach but doesn't smell as strong when mixing the Eraser with the developer. I highly recommend this product! So worth the money.

My favorite remover product! I use this product every time I am transitioning colors in my hair. I use semi permanent hair color and this takes it right out. Sometimes on the very first application. And it is even able to get harsh blue out! I mix this with 20vol ion sensitive scalp developer. I will definitely be using this product again.

I love this stuff, this is the best professional quality stuff to use for getting pigment out of your hair. So glad walmart carries it now!

Best lightening powder ever!

Strips color I had attic fox aqua marine in my hair and it was completely out. Feels like you are using bleach but worked better then when I removed color by using bleach. The smell is strong.

Good/Honest

So, this product WILL fade the majority of fashion color from your hair (but its not a miracle product so don't expect complete removal of blues and greens). However: as far as being less damaging to your hair than bleach, that is 100% untrue. It lightens natural hair color like bleach. It lightens permanent and semi permanent dyes like bleach. It damages hair; Just. Like. Bleach. I understand the product claims to be something other than bleach, but if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck...

Its basically bleach.

Im giving this product 2 stars because it SEVERELY damaged my hair, to where it's almost melting off, but it did PARTIALLY remove the blue I had, I still have a lot of blue left, just less intense, BE CAREFUL if you have already bleached hair

Be careful

I did a test strand, following the directions provided on the back. This did not lift my faded burgundy direct dye. It did lift the pastel purple direct dye, but that's because it's just a Lightener. Smelled kind of like bleach, but I've never had my hair lift that quickly without foil with 20 vol developer, so it's stronger than bleach. Maybe this would be good as a bleach alternative, though it's more expensive so not sure why you'd do that. Now I have a brassy blonde streak in my hair, with hot roots, and orange/pink tinted just below the roots, where I had the faded burgundy. I don't think it removed any of the direct dye there, it just lifted my natural pigment. Really wanted this to work, but I had better results with at-home diy fading, and they didn't damage or bleach my hair.
