Works wonderful and easy to use. I weighed my ground beef (6oz.) before and  started by adding about half. After a press, it was easy able to add some crumbled bleu cheese or whatever would be your fav.  Pressed in the remaining beef and and ended up with a perfect stuffed patty. Cooked fabulous, wife was impressed!

I found the construction and design to be  good. The plastic is heavy and the insert that lifts the patty up is a cool, simply concept. I oiled it prior and taking the patty off was simply a gentle peel.

I received this product as a discount in exchange for my honest review.  I have been wanting  to purchase a burger press for some time  now. Thank you for introducing this  brand and this product.  My burgers all came out uniform mentioned. It fit equally well with the bun. They were so easy to pull off of the press. I can use this for making my salmon patties as well. I recommend this for quick and easy burgers.

disclaimer:I recieved the Joie Burger Press at a discounted price in the for my honest feedback, all opinions are my very own! this is a 3 piece burger press i like easy to use everytime same shape same size patty. no messy work anymore. no hassle, same way everytime. i also made veggie patties and different patties and all were same happiness.

amazing burger patty press

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use.
I got out the hamburger, made large meatballs, I took parchment paper, cut a couple sheets into smaller squares and placed a small square sheet, that over lapped the edges, into the bottom of the press. Insert meatball, cover with another sheet and press. Very helpful in keeping the meat from sticking and  easy to handle the patty to put in the pan, on the bbq or into the freezer! Three lbs of meat made 16 large patties.

I bought this press and was not compensated to write this review. This is a very good burger press. Simple, sturdy, and well designed. Does what it's supposed to do and does it well. Very easy to use. Dishwasher safe, as the packaging states. Produced in China ...for those who worry about such things.

Well made burger press.

I received this unit in exchange for my honest review. I love this press! Its really sturdy. Not only did I use it for making hamburgers I use it to form Salmon Patties. It took so trial and error for me to get them to hold together but I did it. I love the fact that this is also easy to clean. I love it so much I am buying one for my daughter.

Multi-Purpose Burger Press

I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion. And, I gotta say, this product, the Joie Burger Press is the best ever. I have really enjoyed using it. It's easy to use and to measure the size of patty and it's just fun to use. The best part is how easy it is to remove the patty! I highly recommend it!

Best burger press ever!

Works great, the hamburger patty does not stick and is easy to clean and store.

I like this because the meat just evens itself out, just divide the meat, quarter pound burgers are the best but it'll make a 1/3 pound burger quite easily. I prefer mine not so big because it's hard to get my mouth around, and digest.

The Joie burger press does not work with ground turkey. Next time I use it will be when I make all beef patties. I used a mixture of 1 lb ground turkey, 1lb ground beef, 1 egg, 1/4 cup bread crumbs moistened with a splash of milk, and seasonings. The mixture was too sticky for the plastic. The meat pressed into the perfect size but had to be scraped off. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest review.  

doesn't work for ground turkey, better for beef

Did not receive  discount for this review like  most of the listed reviews.  Tried to use it once, meat stuck to the plastic, you can't read the measurements for the size selection of the burger.  I would not recommend this item. Wish I still had my wooden one.
