After using it for a while I noticed less tension on my back and neck that I get from a traditional office chair. While the chair is adjustable, I would have like for it to be a few inches taller. Assembly was quick and the instructions were easy. The chair is very sturdy.

It has a strong metal base with a weight capacity of 250 pounds and is my favorite seat in the house. I highly recommend it!!
