The balm was not properly mixed. All the color was at the edges of the container, and the middle was just clear. Not just on the top but all the way down to the bottom. This is a think balm, not something you can/should mix yourself. It is supposed to have a consistant color/texture.

Fake and/or defective

Love the effect, but the product is more solid and dry than I expected … it was plugged as being lightweight, like tinted moisturizer. The one I received was kinda dried up I think … too expensive for what I got.

Not as advertised

I am over 69, I don't ware makeup and I wanted to try to see if this moisture base makeup would not make me look “made up” I love it, it does look natural. I just use it on my cheekbones, even though I bought one lighter for foundation. I have too many rankles for complete coverage. Lol. I have one of my friends interested now. She wants to try it.

Surprised

It's probably ok for others. Not me. Way too greasy . Did not want any color bright  ?  flakes !?? in it either. Takes several to blend for right skin color and no flakes stuff in it -for me.  I wasted lots of $$$ buying 3 shades . I tried and then threw away. Won't buy  ever again .

Jones Road

It brightens my complexion,  love the color,  and a little goes a long way.   It takes a while to learn how to apply.

This makeup was way too greasy for me.  It did not color as a dusty rose on my skin.  I was disappointed by this product.  Could be my skin type but I did have to return it.

Does not absorb into the skin.  Really greasy and sticky will feel this way up to hours unless you wipe clean your face.  Dusty Rose didn't give me much color unless I applied twice, but again increasing greasy surface on the surface.  Not satisfied as the other reviews point out the problematic results.

Really long lasting greasy sticky feel on face

I like the cilor, but it stays tacky and comes off easily. So whats the point. Does moisterize, even after coming off.

This product doesn't do much. It's a sticky, all-over balm that adds some shine but that's about it. It's not as transformative as shown on the models in the images.

Save your money

I actually add a little of my bare mineral tinted sunscreen that I use as a light base with the Jones Road and it is perfect for me. I really like Jones Road.  So moisturizing, too!

It's brilliant !  My fave forever.
