They seem to have improved the previous design, with smoother shaft telescoping and an arrow indicator as to which direction to twist to loosen/close.

Is just as described.; I ordered for my husband and with rattle snake season and the courses tucked into our foothills, it sure fits the need. Glad it arrived as next week the course will be the one with the most snakes... is better to get out of bounds ball with the retriever!!! Just hope it "wears" as good as it looks.

Very nice and sturdy for reaching those runaway golf balls.  I mostly use mine to help my friends retrieve their wet eggs. They so appreciate it when I tell them ...."Let me help you recover that for you"! One in two out, hitting three ......LOL

Let Me Get That for You !

Arrived as described in the product description. Extends to an amazing 15 ft long and really works well so far. Place the highly visible ring at the end on top of the ball and flip it. Then reel it in! Simple and effective.

I have owned it for a week and probably already covered my cost by retrieving my own ball and a few others nearby.  Extends out well.

Works Like a Charm

payed for its self first day. Hit my ball in a wooded area went in came out 12 balls later but not my ball  lol

This is a great ball retriever and worth the money. Good price for the quality

I would have rated this a 5-star if the neck that joins the cup to the retriever shaft were larger. That's a real weak spot in this retriever and you should be very careful when you lay it down. I know from experience, having had 2 of them break on me.
