If you are a fan of classic masculine men's fragrances then Jules is a must have, very strong almost petrol opening that leads to a very green mossy leather combination. The performance is fantastic. Despite this not being the vintage formula this 2016 relaunch of the classic from dior is Very high quality and I'm pleased to have it in my collection!

Fantastic fragrance

Terrific classic fragrance. The fact that Dior is still manufacturing this makes me very happy to see. It's getting increasingly more difficult to find scents like these and I applaud Dior's willingness to go against current fragrance trends to keep making this while keeping true to its original DNA. One tip for better performance: spray this closer to your skin than you would with other fragrances. I find the atomizer, while strong, puts a large vapor in the air instead of on your skin unless you're 2"-3" away while spraying.

Beautiful, classic fragrance at a low price

To me this is just a refined classic and it's become one of my favorites. Has that powerhouse dna but it's done right. Nothing smells cheap or synthetic. It has a little of everything I like. Green, fresh, soapy florals, leather but not overly animalic. It's mature but still modern. Manly but not dirty. I could go on but the point is this just hits the spot on everything for a classic. It's done right and to perfection and is the only one I reach for continually because I can't get enough. Dior should always have this classic around because it's a masterpiece and it's part of their history in perfumery and as long as it's around I will be buying every year and wearing it. Absolutely love it. Have nothing bad to say about it.

The classic to own for modern times

This was a blind purchase after reading the reviews and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. When I first put it on I didn't like the initial fragrance notes but once it dried down it was a really nice scent.

One of the greatest fragrances ever created for mankind, Jules. The legendary masterpiece. Thank you Dior for keeping it in production. I can't imagine life without it.

My favorite cologne years ago was Jules and I had looked for it for years and never could fine it.  So, when I did discover it online I knew I had to order it.  Years have gone by now and  it seems a little different now than I remember from back then.  But it is still good.  Thank you, Dior!

Mostly like I remember it.

I first purchased this scent many years ago in Hong Kong and liked it.  Yeara later I attempted to purchase more of it and discovered it was no longer made.  Online searches provided I could purchase it from other sources, but only at exorbitant prices.  Then recently I saw that Dior was again making it.  It has been so long since I smelled the scent, I can't be sure if it is exactly the same as before, but I like the scent.  Happy with the purchase.

This definitely isn't for a younger crowd. It smells great, but... In a 70's kinda way... It doesn't smell like old man... More like... Hippy chic? I don't know how to describe it. It does last on skin.

Expected it to be different but def is better than ysl kouros but if you ask me they are twins but maternal not identical ..

I used to wear this cologne for many years in the past and definitely this is not the Jules I loved .
