Nice toy , loud and has a very good size !!! My grandson loved it !!!!

Dino Mode !!!

walmart.com

To me it is creepy but my 10 year old who loves dinosaurs think it is the coolest thing ever. Really that is all that matters. It is nice size and made well and he loves the noises it makes and it even shakes. And it has a turn off switch when he dosen't want it to make noise which is nice.

Crazy but Cool...

great looking creature from the new movie Jurassic world rebirth definitely different looking have not seen the movie but have seen promo pics to know that it looks pretty accurate to what's expected in the movie and it looks pretty amazing that has features like sound it's head rattles and makes for a great toy to a company a collection of dinosaurs

great looking new creature definitely different

[This review was received in response to an offer.] It is large, quite bulky but not too heavy and easy to hold. It is easy to handle. The manufacturing quality is excellent, pleasant to the touch and solid, and it should endure for a while! Its features are simple, just press a button on its tail to invoke one of the many sound effects and trigger a tremor effect, which is very cool. You can also twist his tail in both directions to tilt his body slightly to the left or right and make it look like he’s attacking.

Big and fun

[This review was received in response to an offer.] We had the opportunity to play with the Distortus Rex figure from Mattel, inspired by Jurassic World, and test the app that comes with it. The figurine is really well made, with lots of realistic details and good solidity. It is articulated, which allows to create lots of dynamic scenes, and it even makes noise, which adds to the realism. The application, which is activated by scanning the figure, allows you to access information about the dinosaur, play minigames and even see it in augmented reality. It’s super immersive, although the scan can sometimes be a bit capricious. The set offers a good gaming experience, both physical and interactive. It is reliable for children safety point of view really we love at home!

A realistic and interactive toy that combines

The dinosaur is great, it's exactly what my son was wanting. My issue is paying more than 3x what it was marked down to on clearance because it was purchased online. Then it arrives to me and still have the clearance price tag on it.

Poor pricing practices

my daughter wanted this toy for months, and i finally got it for her for christmas. This toy is very expensive and is the quality is awful! she has only played with it a hanful of times before he is now broken! we have tried replacing his batteries with all different types includimg the carbon zinc batteries he came with and he still wont work for some reason! he also doesnt move correctly or function verye asily and is very hard to play with because he is to heavy!

Just bought this for my 5yo who has been getting in to the Jurassic World toys these last couple of weeks. He loves playing with the toy, but the roar and shaking stopped working after a day. We replaced the batteries with new alkaline batteries thinking that was the issue, to just experience a loud beep whenever the button is pressed. I'm not sure what to think right now.

A loud beep instead of a roar

Mattel Shop

Within one month, the sounds of the toy quit working. Fresh batteries, nothing. So tired of these cheaply made toys being sold for half of $100 when they're worth $5.

LASTS 1 MONTH

The toy is cute itself , I bought two for my boys. Recieved one and the other was cancelled. I went back to reorder it, and the price had jumped from $48 to $64 in 4 days, when back in October when I was looking at them they were $30. Pretty crappy how all some people care about is Money! Needless to say i didn't get the second time around , I went elswhere.
