I have been using this product for many years. I started going gray in my early 20's, and  I have been dying it since. I always hate the color of other brands as it always made my hair unnaturally black.  I finally decided to try this product, and I have never used anything else. Not only does it cover my unwanted grays, but it does so without it being obvious I dye my hair. I once had a cosmetologist friend ask what I use because she said she new my hair was gtaying, but wouldn't have known if she didn't know it was not how my hair looks natually.

Best for Gray Coverage with a Natural Look.

Good product for the money, the price has gone up a little. Still not bad. If they increase it again, I'll look elsewhere.

First time using it on my boyfriend and the color and coverage was amazing. It's darker than we expected and we got the natural black for both his hair and his beard but overall we were very pleased with the final outcome.

After using the first time I thought maybe I did something wrong when mixing it , then I bought another one and same time happened .. after using it only 1 time and saved it for another day .. look at the chemical reaction..

Horrible product

Color does not stick to hair.It comes off after the next bath. After a few days of mixing the solution it overflowed from the bottle.

The package was wrinkled and looked to have been opened.  Surely enough, the usual plastic gloves weren't inside.  So I had to use makeshift, ziploc sandwich bags instead.  It worked fairly well, but clearly not the same as the gloves that are supposed come with the product.  The app wasn't particularly easy to use either.  Notifying the store of my arrival needs to be simplified, like how it is for McDonald's.  The pickup area wasn't easy to find or obvious.  But this is something that needs to be told only once, so next time we know exactly where to go.  Product worked well as it should.
