Soft and not to harsh ! 

Do need a clarifying shampoo and detox to get rid of all the build up and etc if you use other products

I didnt like that the bottle lid wasnt on tight enough so some of the shampoo leaked in the bag

My product came in with halfway empty. The bottle was open and downs from the bottle. Was poorly packed.
