Can be straightforward, but also confusing for some users.

Great machine so far. It's replacing another that died after a year, so we will see if this one has a better life cycle. If not, I'll have to rethink my use of Keurig.

This is a fantastic keurig. I love the cold brew feature. My coffee tastes better than ever. I only wish there was an on /off button.

My coffee tastes great

I have been a Keurig customer for more than 15 years. I hated how my iced coffees would water down using my old Keurig. No problem now with this machine. I have also started drinking more ice teas using this machine.

No more watered-down coffee.

It's buried in the FAQ but you have to use K-cups. Disposable do not work for the Chill feature. K-Cup has announced they are developing a disposable k-cup for 2025 that will work with the system. If you use Kcups then the coffee does come out chilled, like, not even close to room temperature, but much much cooler.

The science of the machine is that the hot water goes into the Kcup and then suctioned out of it which takes the coffee through a cooling process. That's why the disposable cups don't work because the suction is not possible with their design.

Now I know….

Excellent!  I don't drink iced coffee, but I do drink iced tea.  Perfect coffee maker for me.  Coffee in the morning, and iced tea the rest of the day.  All while saving space not having 2 machines.

Excellent coffee maker

I love how easy it is, but I've come to expect that from Keurig.  I really love the versatility of beverages.  The hot is really hot, but the cold is really cold and I didn't know what to expect from that.

I love the versatility

This promo came at a perfect time as my other, smaller K-cup was on its last leg.  I do more chilled drinks than hot, often, so LOVED the idea of this chill feature.  Having got it and now used it quite often, I am SOLD!  Absolutely fantastic appliance!  It chills just as it says which is a major benefit over other models for those of us who like it hot -- AND cold.  I highly recommend this to others with similar tastes and interest.  It also does well with cups more often associated with hot drinks, but now chilled.

Chill out with this K-Brew

I've always had the Cuisinart Single Serve Coffee Maker, but i needed a new one so i started searching and i came across the K-Brew + Chill Coffee Maker as we love iced coffee.. I have to say i am so pleased with this coffee maker it makes great iced coffee and hot of course, but the iced is awesome...

K-BREW +CHILL COFFEE MAKER

Let me start by saying we have only been using this K-Brew & Chill for about 2 weeks.  We replaced our K-Supreme plus, which we had problems with from day one & made horrible coffee.  Compared to that machine, the brew & chill is awesome!  The coffee, hot or cold, tastes so much better.  We didn't realize how bad the coffee tasted with the old machine until now.  The coffee does not splatter all over the counter.  The cold coffee comes out cold enough to drink without adding ice.  Prior to purchasing this maker I did have a few concerns, one: the maker running like a refrigerator to keep the cold component cold & two: the amount of liquid in the drip tray from the rinse cycle.   What we have learned is that the fan that runs to keep the component cold is not hardly noticeable, so the noise is not a problem.  Whether it will make a difference to our electric bill is yet to be seen.  The drip tray will hold enough liquid for about 2 rinse cycles.  It seems to only automatically run a rinse cycle after a cold brew is completed. You also need to wait to remove the used k cup until after the rinse cycle has completed.  So I just have gotten into the habit of emptying & rinsing the tray after every cold brew.  Not a big deal.  We love this machine so far but only gave it 4 stars due to only having it for 2 weeks & not knowing if our electric bill will go up.

Wow, what a difference!

Did not like this brewer at all. coffee did not come out very hot and tasted awful. after all the trouble shooting with keurig I asked to return it and was given a hard time! even have to pay for the shipping out of my own pocket! the whole experiance has me angry and I think after all these years Im done with keurig!
