This is a sturdy, waterproof cat house. using on my porch so I can plug in the heating pad covering the floor.

The heating pad does not have a timer so you must turn on and off to use heat.    I have large  adult cats and  one can lay inside at a time.  Cats like it 🐈 😻

It arrived quickly.  Assembly easy and explained well. Appears warm.  Hopefully the strays I seen will use it when it gets really cold.  They do come onto the porch at night but skittish and run away when we open the door, except 1.  I guess we'll see.  The one that comes, I wish thee inside was lighter color so you could see inside better.  He seems a little afraid of it.

As advertised.

This is the 4th cat house that I have bought. The first one is 9 years old and looks tired so will retire it next year. The heated unit continues to keep the cats warm and they use it on these cold nights just like they use the other houses..
The houses are sturdy and do a good job of dealing with Ne. wind. The cats like to lay on top the cat roofs in the sun.

Good Outdoor Cat Houses.

big enough for 2 cats easy, putting in unheated outbuilding for wild homeless cats. This is my second one i have purchased. Sets up super quick, heating bed the cats enjoy. I leave 1 plastic door off it. some cats cant figure out how to open it or just dont like it.  its really sturdy, but not to like sit in the wind or snow outside without some kind of cover. it would blow away easy.  

If using outside i would put inside a dog house, or cover with a tarp and weight the tarp down some how or position out of wind and snow.  love this heated cat house. best price, quality built, cats love it. i have 2 of these so far i plan on buying atleast 2 more. the one cat house is 
also a great product.

Best Heated plug in cat house ever

I've had two of the regular size K%26H heated cat houses for a few years, so I was fairly sure I knew what I was getting this year. Other than the extra room, this is designed like the others. Easy to assemble. Withstands normal cat behavior. Comfortable and warm even in freezing temps. Outside, it should be sheltered from rain (because of electricity) and strong winds (certainly when not occupied). Mine are on screened porch, and the tenants can come inside MY house IF they want to.

My cats have been happy with K%26H house.

It's perfect!  Kitties can lay on top or in it.  it's small, but will fit mama and her litter or a couple med size cats if their close.  I ended up buying a couple more so my cats would stop fighting over it!

Would not recommend this cat house because, after receiving it, I found out it was not WEATHERPROOF. The other disappointment is the heating pad does not warm up very much. However, the cat does like it and has spent many a cold night out there. I still think about sending it back for a better one.

Not weatherproof or warm enough

I haven't felt the pad get warm. I have an automatic cat feeder on it, which I thought would make it heat up. Cats don't stay in it. I put an old rug on top for extra warmth and protection from snow.

The house leaks I had to reinforce it with plastic bags around it and the warming pad DOESN'T WARM AT ALL. I purchased straw and put a cheap heating pad from Walgreens to make it comfy for the strays that are using it.

Does not warm at all and leaks

Pretty flimsy.  I have a garage to keep it in which is good as it would be crushed under more than an inch of snow, Opening pretty small (my fault for not measuring) so only a very petite cat or a kitten will fit in.  I might try to cut around a bit to enlarge. overpriced by at least $25.00
