The only thing i would have liked differently is making the cord a little longer, coming with a brush to get grounds from crevices but everything else is great.

This is the third one I have boughten , my youngest daughter ended up with the firstly one I purchased  as the one she had (a different brand! ) had broken and she loved the one I let her borrow, so told her to keep it! I have two! One I use to grind decaf coffee for myself and one for regular coffee for the rest of my family! Great coffee grinder!

Best coffee grinder for the cost!

I have an esophageal problem. I shall walnuts and then put them in the grinder. walnuts are turned into powder which is easier for me to digest. only grind a small quantity at a time and empty them onto a plate until all the nuts I'm powdering are done.

Nothing to dislike at all with this.  It works perfectly and easily; every time.  We have another one of these, but it was moved into the job of grinding up dried eggshells for topping our raw-fed cats to cover bone needs for the diet they are on.  I don't always have bones available that they will crunch up, so eggshells serve that purpose beautifully.

THAT grinder has continues to work perfectly for 18 years.

I would buy this again

My Krups coffee bean grinder of 27 years finally died.  I ordered this to replace it; I love that they have made the "well" deeper so you can grind more beans.  It's much quieter than the one that quit working.  It's a great value - even if it doesn't last 27 years like the previous one!

Best Coffee Bean Grinder - Ever!

Have only used it a few times so far, but it's been great. I like that it's relatively small so it takes up very little space. It's fast—just a few seconds to have a really good grind. One thing the instruction book doesn't tell you is the ratio of beans to ground coffee. We found that it's a 1:1 ratio, two tablespoons of beans results in two tablespoons of grounds.

I have three of these, One for coffee the other two for various foods. I ground a large bag of coffee beans in about 20 minutes with this and it worked well.  I don't recommend putting metal in this though that tears the blades up (Don't ask). Good grinder!

Kitchen Beast!

This grinder is fast but can only grind a maximum of 1 cup per grind. 2 scoops of beans only. So it takes forever to grind enfough to make 1 pot of coffee. And I have to use a brush to get the grinds out from under blade. Please don't use your finger.

Single cup only

Love the size and power. Love that the blade sits lower in the grinder so that smaller beans or large particles dont get passed over by the blade. Consistent grinding throughout. Also, checked this with reviews from America's Test Kitchen and it was the preferred grinder.

This is a winner!

I accidentally bought whole bean coffee from my favorite, out of town coffeehouse. I tried using my Cuisinart food processor to grind the beans which didn't work and made a big mess. I ordered the KRUP grinder and had it delivered and voilà! It worked like a charm! The only reason I gave it a 4 star vs a 5 is because the grinding bowl is connected the grinder motor and cleaning it is a little tricky. I ended up using a little silicon spatula to get the majority of the grounds out and then used a damp paper towel for the rest.

I bought this for grinding spices. It's cute and shiny. It has never worked. I've plugged it in to every outlet in my kitchen and it doesn't turn on. So now it sits on the counter waiting for me to throw it in the garbage or return it.
