Good build quality, but i can't for the life of me figure out how to get the  grinder to work. I've never had this issue with refillable grinder before. I've loosened the bolt at the top, nothing grinds or leaves the grinder. I'm not slow. There's no instructions anywhere to be found including  online. If anyone has purchased these and figured it out, please post a reply with instructions. Thanks!
