I love using this spice to marinate my chicken. It's sort of a Cajun type of spice. As other reviews have noted, it is on the salty side, so you just have to be careful with the amount.

Great Taste

We LOVE the Chicken & Rib Seasoning from The Keg.  It is so flavourful and we don't just use it on chicken or beef, we also use it on potatoes! Mix this seasoning with potatoes and roast them in the oven, delicious!

Too salty. I know because i over did it. Not spice but pure salt.

I thought it was a spice rather than a salt. First ingredient salt, which we don't use.

It would have a good taste if it wasn't for the amount of salt! In my opinion, seasoning should be used to cover the meat so it will have a nice taste, but you have to be careful with this stuff as it is WAY too salty and will ruin your meat if you use too much, which defeats the purpose of a chicken and rib seasoning. This would be 100% better if it didn't contain any salt and we could add our own salt as desired.

Way too salty!

I bought the 700g spice earlier today. I lightly seasoned some chicken and cooked it. We could not eat it. There is sooooo much salt in the spice. I would not recommend this. I will be returning it.

Excessive salt

This is extremely salty. I used it the second time and used less, still had to throw out what I made. I would not ur chase again

Salt attack!

I bought this spice today for my ribs. After trying the ribs I threw out both the ribs and the spice. Extremely salty! 260 mg of sodium per 1/4 tsp!
