[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a good price and appears to be durable construction

I am an experienced in assembly but this was a nightmare to put together!  Instructions are not clear in print as to bolts and washers. Be SURE you have a socket set because the wrenchs they give are open ended and fail. It took me 4 hours of h€ll to assemble this! Plus, get someone to assist you! It would go better!!!!
After it is put together it does what it's supposed to do. The strap is not adjustable to how far back you go. You have to tie it off and keep fine tuning that adjustment to your preferences.
Also, the height adjustment knob know does not let you screw it in completely. (Photo shown)
Otherwise, after you get it all together and adjusted, it's ok.
Wish you could adjust the headrest. I'm only 5'1” and I have to use a thin pillow.
